AMERICA FIRST Delegation Heads to Milan: Trump Sends Business POWERHOUSES to Olympic Closing Ceremony

President Donald Trump is sending a clear message to the world: America is back, and we're sending our best.

The White House announced Tuesday that Education Secretary Linda McMahon will lead a powerhouse Presidential Delegation to Milan, Italy, for the Closing Ceremony of the 2026 Olympic Winter Games on February 22nd. And unlike the lackluster representation we saw during the Biden years, this delegation is stacked with American success stories.

A Delegation That Screams 'America First'

Forget the career bureaucrats and political cronies. President Trump's delegation reads like a who's who of American entrepreneurship and achievement. We're talking about titans of industry like Tilman Fertitta, our Ambassador to Italy and a self-made billionaire who built his hospitality empire from the ground up. Diane Hendricks, the founder of ABC Supply and one of the most successful female entrepreneurs in American history, will also be representing the red, white, and blue.

Small Business Administration head Kelly Loeffler rounds out the business contingent, bringing her pro-growth, anti-regulation credentials to the world stage.

Olympic Glory Represented

And let's not forget Ryan Suter – a two-time Olympic medalist who actually bled for Team USA on the ice in 2010 and 2014. This is what real American representation looks like, folks.

The delegation also includes Senior Advisor Meredith O'Rourke and cultural leader Trish Duggan, founder of the Imagine Museum.

What Leadership Looks Like

This is the Trump difference, Patriots. While the previous administration seemed embarrassed by American excellence, President Trump celebrates it. He's not sending apology tours to international events – he's sending accomplished Americans who've actually built something.

The Milan Winter Games closing ceremony will see the United States represented by people who understand what makes this country great: hard work, entrepreneurship, and competitive spirit.

Isn't it refreshing to have a President who picks winners to represent America on the world stage?

Smart move by Trump. The Olympics are as much about economic partnerships as they are about sports these days.

This reminds me of when my company sent our top executives to international trade shows instead of HR reps. You send your best people to win the biggest deals. Same principle here.

Finally, a president who understands that business leaders should represent America on the world stage, not career politicians! These are the people who actually create jobs and drive our economy forward.

Exactly! Let the deal-makers show the world what American excellence looks like.

Love this! Who are the specific business leaders being sent? I'd love to know which industries are being represented in Milan.

Hope it's tech and manufacturing CEOs - we need to show our strength in those sectors globally.
