The swamp strikes again. Federal Judge Richard Leon has issued a temporary restraining order blocking Pentagon actions against Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) after the Arizona Democrat filed suit claiming his military speech rights were being violated by the Trump administration.

This latest judicial interference comes on the heels of another D.C. District Court judge, James Boasberg, issuing a "cutting order" against the Trump administration's efforts to remove suspected Tren de Aragua gang members under the Alien Enemies Act. Notice a pattern here, Patriots?

Senator Kelly, a former astronaut who's made his military service the cornerstone of his political brand, apparently can't handle basic accountability when it comes to his public statements as both a sitting senator and military officer. The lawsuit targets Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Navy Secretary officials over what Kelly claims are unconstitutional restrictions on his speech.

Another Day, Another Deep State Judge

Judge Leon's intervention represents exactly the kind of judicial activism that has plagued conservative administrations for decades. While the full details of the Pentagon's actions remain unclear, one thing is crystal clear: D.C. federal judges seem awfully quick to jump in whenever the Trump administration tries to enforce basic standards and accountability.

Kelly's complaint of "Horsefeathers!" - apparently the senator's choice of colorful language in response to military oversight - shows just how entitled these establishment politicians have become. Since when do sitting senators get to thumb their nose at military chain of command protocols while simultaneously claiming the protection of military status?

"The Trump administration isn't faring all that well before D.C. District Court judges," according to reports, which raises the obvious question: are these judges applying the law fairly, or playing politics?

This judicial interference comes as President Trump's second-term agenda focuses heavily on cleaning house in the military and ending woke policies that have infected our armed forces. Secretary Hegseth has made it clear that accountability and proper conduct are non-negotiable - apparently that message hasn't reached certain Democrat senators or their judicial allies.

How long will Patriots tolerate a two-tiered justice system where Democrats get special protection from activist judges every time they face consequences for their actions?

Absolutely disgusting! These activist judges need to stay out of military affairs and let our commanders do their jobs.

Served 20 years and this kind of judicial overreach would have been unthinkable back in my day.

The deep state strikes again! Every time we try to restore order and discipline, some Obama appointee comes out of the woodwork to block it.

Check the judge's background - guaranteed they have ties to leftist organizations.

My son is currently serving and he's told me about the political correctness run amok in the ranks. We need strong leadership, not more coddling!

Can someone explain exactly which speech rules the Pentagon was trying to implement? I want to understand the full scope of what this judge blocked.
