Another activist federal judge has launched a direct assault on President Trump's America First immigration agenda, with Chief Judge James Boasberg ordering the administration to facilitate the return of more than 100 Venezuelan nationals who were lawfully deported under the Alien Enemies Act.

The Thursday ruling from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia represents yet another example of the federal judiciary attempting to handcuff Trump's efforts to secure our borders and remove criminal aliens from American soil.

Judge Boasberg – the same anti-Trump partisan who has consistently ruled against conservative interests – declared that "The Court will now order the Government to facilitate the return from third countries of those Plaintiffs who so desire." The Venezuelans in question were deported to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act, a wartime provision that allows for the swift removal of nationals from hostile foreign countries.

Deep State Judiciary Strikes Again

This outrageous judicial overreach comes as Trump is working to implement his promised mass deportation program to remove the millions of illegal aliens who flooded into our country under the disastrous Biden regime. Patriots across America voted overwhelmingly for Trump's immigration agenda, yet unelected federal judges continue to block the will of the people.

The timing couldn't be worse, as Venezuela continues to destabilize under the socialist Maduro regime, sending waves of criminals and gang members across our southern border. MS-13 and other Venezuelan criminal organizations have terrorized American communities, yet liberal judges want to roll out the red carpet for their return.

"This is exactly the kind of judicial activism that the American people rejected in November 2024," said one immigration expert familiar with the case.

How many more Americans must suffer from violent crimes committed by illegal aliens before our courts start putting citizens first? Judge Boasberg's ruling is a slap in the face to every American family that has lost a loved one to criminal aliens who should never have been in our country in the first place.

Will the Trump administration appeal this outrageous ruling, or will the Deep State judiciary continue to sabotage America's sovereignty?

Venezuela literally emptied their prisons and mental hospitals and sent them here. Why would any sane judge want to bring them back?!

I live on the border and see this chaos firsthand every day. When Trump deports people who entered illegally, that should be final - not subject to some liberal judge's feelings.

My son serves in Border Patrol and this kind of ruling just makes their job impossible. They risk their lives enforcing our laws only to have some judge undo everything from their bench.

The deep state is working overtime to undermine every single policy Trump tries to implement. This won't stand on appeal.

This is exactly why we need to clean house in the judiciary. These activist judges think they can override the will of the people and our immigration laws!

Absolutely right Mike. The judicial branch has been weaponized against common sense policies.

OUTRAGEOUS! What legal authority does this judge even have to make this ruling?

That's what I'm wondering too. Seems like judicial overreach to me.
