EXPOSED: Islamic Scholar Demands America Bow to Sharia Law in Immigration Policy

A prominent Islamic scholar has brazenly demanded that American immigration policy be restructured to comply with Islamic religious doctrine, marking yet another attempt by radical activists to undermine our constitutional republic with foreign religious law.

Mahmood Mamdani, invoking Islamic principles, argued that the United States has a religious obligation under Islam to reshape its immigration policies, directly challenging the legitimacy of our lawful constitutional authority. According to The Federalist, Mamdani used Islamic doctrine to define what he believes should be America's "civic obligation" - a stunning rejection of American sovereignty.

This is exactly the kind of foreign ideological infiltration that President Trump's America First agenda was designed to stop. While Trump works to secure our borders and restore constitutional order, radical activists are literally demanding we subordinate American law to Islamic religious doctrine.

Constitutional Crisis in the Making

Patriots, let's be crystal clear about what's happening here. This isn't about religious freedom - it's about replacing American constitutional law with foreign religious authority. Mamdani's demands represent a direct assault on the separation of church and state that our Founders established.

Under Islamic law, or Sharia, immigration policies would be governed by religious interpretations rather than the constitutional processes established by We the People. This is precisely the kind of globalist erosion of American sovereignty that the MAGA movement has been fighting against.

"When foreign religious authorities start dictating American policy, we're no longer a sovereign nation - we're a colony," one constitutional scholar noted.

The timing couldn't be more telling. As President Trump implements his promised mass deportation of illegal immigrants and restores order to our immigration system, radical voices are desperately trying to inject foreign religious law into the debate.

This is why Trump's victory was so crucial. Imagine if we still had the Biden regime in power, actually considering these demands to subordinate American law to Islamic doctrine. The administrative state would probably be holding "interfaith dialogue" sessions about it right now.

The question every American needs to ask: Are we going to remain a constitutional republic governed by laws passed by our elected representatives, or will we allow foreign religious authorities to dictate our policies? The answer should be obvious to anyone who loves this country.

Can someone explain how this would even work legally? Doesn't this directly contradict the First Amendment?

You're absolutely right - any attempt to implement religious law in government policy would face immediate constitutional challenges.

When you immigrate to America, you should embrace American law and values. That's how it's always worked.

My grandparents came here from Italy and learned English and followed American customs. That's the right way.

I fought overseas to protect our freedoms and constitution. It's deeply concerning to see anyone demanding we change our legal system to accommodate religious law.

I've worked with immigrants from many backgrounds in my business, and most just want the American dream. But demanding we change our laws? That crosses a line.

This is why we need stronger vetting processes.

This is exactly what we've been warning about for years! Our immigration system should be based on American values and constitutional law, not religious doctrine from any faith.

Absolutely right. Separation of church and state goes both ways.
