WAKE UP CALL: GOP Senator SLAMS Do-Nothing Senate, Demands SAVE Act Vote Before Midterms

While President Trump continues delivering on his America First agenda, some Republicans in the Senate are getting a harsh reality check about what it takes to win elections. A GOP senator is calling out his own colleagues for their pathetic legislative record and demanding they pass the SAVE Act before voters head to the polls in November.

"So far this year, I think the Senate has voted on average once a day. They have passed two bills. Why not bring up the SAVE America Act?" the senator blasted, according to The Federalist.

Think about that for a second, Patriots. The Senate has been in session for weeks, and they've managed to pass just TWO bills? Meanwhile, Americans are demanding action on election integrity, border security, and the deep state cleanup that Trump promised.

The SAVE Act: Common Sense Election Security

The SAVE Act (Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act) would require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections. You know, that radical concept that you should actually be an American citizen to decide America's future. But somehow, this basic requirement has Democrats and RINOs clutching their pearls.

Here's the brutal truth: If Republicans can't even pass election integrity measures when they control both chambers of Congress and the White House, what message does that send to voters? That the swamp is alive and well, even with Trump back in office?

"The American people gave us a mandate in 2024. They want secure elections, they want the border closed, and they want the deep state dismantled. We can't just coast on Trump's coattails."

This senator gets it. The 2026 midterms will be a referendum on whether Republicans can actually govern, not just complain. Democrats are already mobilizing their base with fears about "authoritarianism" and "democracy under attack." Meanwhile, some GOP senators are apparently content to twiddle their thumbs.

President Trump didn't come back to Washington to play patty-cake with the establishment. He came back to finish the job. But he needs a Senate that will actually fight alongside him, not one that treats governing like a part-time hobby.

The clock is ticking, and American voters are watching. Will Republicans prove they deserve to keep power, or will they hand Democrats a gift-wrapped opportunity to obstruct Trump's final two years?

FINALLY someone with a backbone! We've been waiting forever for leadership like this. The SAVE Act should have been passed months ago - what are they waiting for?

Exactly! My state has been dealing with election integrity issues for years and we need federal action NOW.

This is exactly why I voted Republican in the first place. We need senators who will actually fight for conservative principles instead of just talking about them during campaign season.
