TRUMP FIRES BACK: Supreme Court Rules Against IEEPA Tariffs, But President Unveils EVEN STRONGER Trade Weapons

The Supreme Court thought they could stop President Trump's tariff revolution. They thought wrong.

In a ruling that exposed the deep fractures within our nation's highest court, the Supreme Court struck down the President's use of IEEPA (International Emergency Economic Powers Act) to impose tariffs on foreign nations that have been bleeding America dry for decades. But if the globalists and their judicial allies were popping champagne corks, they might want to put the bottles back on ice.

President Trump isn't backing down — he's coming back harder.

A 'Disappointing' Ruling From Compromised Justices

In a blistering Truth Social post, President Trump didn't mince words about the Court's decision, calling out what he described as justices acting as "FOOLS" and "LAPDOGS" for RINOs and radical Democrats. The President specifically thanked Justices Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh for having the "Strength, Wisdom, and Love of our Country" to stand against the majority.

"Foreign Countries that have been ripping us off for years are ecstatic, and dancing in the streets," Trump wrote. "But they won't be dancing for long!"

And folks, that's not just talk. That's a promise.

The Court's Gift: STRONGER Presidential Powers

Here's the delicious irony the mainstream media won't tell you: in trying to hamstring President Trump, the Supreme Court may have actually handed him a more powerful weapon.

As Justice Kavanaugh noted in his dissent — which Trump quoted directly — "numerous other federal statutes authorize the President to impose tariffs and might justify most (if not all) of the tariffs issued in this case." We're talking about the Trade Expansion Act of 1962, the Trade Act of 1974, and the Tariff Act of 1930.

The Court essentially told President Trump: "You can't charge a dollar under IEEPA — but you CAN impose crushing embargoes, ban products entirely, and regulate trade however you see fit." As Trump pointed out, that's like saying you have the right to issue a license but not charge a fee for it. Absurd? Absolutely. But the President is turning lemons into lemonade.

Immediate Action: 10% Global Tariff

Effective immediately, President Trump announced he will sign an order imposing a 10% GLOBAL TARIFF under Section 122, on top of existing tariffs already in place. All National Security tariffs under Section 232 and existing Section 301 tariffs remain fully enforced. New Section 301 investigations are being launched to crack down on unfair trade practices.

This is what real leadership looks like, Patriots. While the Biden administration spent four years apologizing to the world and letting China eat our lunch, President Trump is fighting for American workers, American businesses, and American sovereignty.

The Scoreboard Doesn't Lie

Let's talk results. Under President Trump's tariff strategy, the Dow has shattered the 50,000 mark, and the S&P has broken 7,000 — numbers that so-called "experts" said wouldn't happen until the end of his term. Tariffs have been instrumental in settling five of eight international conflicts, securing our borders, and reducing fentanyl flooding into our communities by 30%.

Compare that to the disaster we inherited: rampant inflation, open borders, and an administration more concerned with appeasing globalist elites than protecting American families.

The Real Question

President Trump asked a pointed question in his statement: "How nonsensical is that?" He's right to ask. A Supreme Court that claims to protect American interests just handed foreign nations a temporary victory — only to have the President outmaneuver them within hours.

The globalists, the RINOs, the radical left — they keep underestimating this man. And they keep losing.

America is the "HOTTEST" economy in the world right now, and no court ruling is going to change that. The question isn't whether President Trump will protect American prosperity. The question is: when will his opponents learn that you simply cannot stop the America First agenda?

MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, indeed.

Finally! A president who doesn't back down when the courts try to tie his hands. What are these new trade weapons he's talking about?

Probably Section 232 national security tariffs or maybe export controls. Trump knows how to play hardball!

The Supreme Court can block one path but they can't stop a determined president from protecting American workers. My manufacturing job came back during Trump's first term thanks to his trade policies - we need more of this, not less.
