BREAKING: Navy SEAL Crenshaw Demands MILITARY ACTION Against 'ISIS-Level' Mexican Cartels After Bloody Weekend

Former Navy SEAL and Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw is putting Mexico's bloodthirsty drug cartels on notice, declaring it's time for full military action against what he calls "deranged" criminal organizations that operate "more like ISIS" than typical gangs.

The tough-talking Republican's warning comes after a violent weekend that saw a joint U.S.-Mexican operation successfully eliminate a high-ranking lieutenant of the notorious Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), known by the alias "El Mencho," on Sunday. The takedown immediately triggered savage retaliation across multiple Mexican border cities, leaving dozens dead and entire neighborhoods under siege.

"These aren't just drug dealers anymore – they're terrorist organizations with military-grade weapons, sophisticated intelligence networks, and zero regard for human life," Crenshaw declared. "When cartels are using IEDs, coordinated attacks, and executing civilians in broad daylight, they've crossed the line from criminals to enemy combatants."

"It's time we treat these deranged cartels exactly like we treated ISIS – with overwhelming military force until they're completely dismantled."

The weekend's carnage underscores what border state Americans have been screaming about for years while the Biden regime ignored the crisis. Cartel violence has now reached levels that would trigger immediate military intervention anywhere else in the world, yet our southern border remains a war zone that Washington pretends doesn't exist.

President Trump's new administration has already signaled a dramatically tougher approach to cartel violence, with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth reportedly reviewing military options for cross-border operations. Unlike the previous administration's catch-and-release policies that empowered these monsters, Trump 2.0 appears ready to unleash American military might against organizations that have terrorized both Mexican civilians and American communities for far too long.

Crenshaw's call for expanded military action reflects growing frustration among veterans and law enforcement who've watched these cartels operate with near-impunity while flooding American streets with fentanyl and trafficking children across our borders.

The question isn't whether we have the capability to crush these terrorist organizations – it's whether we finally have the political will to protect American families from this ongoing invasion.

My brother is CBP and the stories he tells are horrifying. These cartels are better armed than some armies and they operate with impunity just miles from American families.

Thank your brother for his service! Our border agents are the thin blue line protecting us from this chaos.

This is exactly why we need strong leadership. Cartels understand only one language - force.

As a fellow veteran, I stand with Crenshaw 100%. What specific military actions is he proposing though?

The cartels make ISIS look like amateurs when it comes to brutality and they're right on our doorstep. Why are we fighting terrorists halfway around the world while ignoring the ones next door?

Finally someone with military experience is speaking the truth! These cartels have been terrorizing border communities for years while Washington does nothing.

Exactly! I live 30 miles from the border and we hear gunfire across the river regularly. It's getting worse every month.

Crenshaw is absolutely right - these aren't just drug dealers, they're military-equipped terrorist organizations. When will we treat them as such?
