DEEP STATE SUPREME COURT Delivers STUNNING Blow to Trump's Tariff Plan Days Before State of the Union

The Supreme Court delivered a devastating blow to President Trump's America First agenda on Friday, ruling 6-3 that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act does not authorize his sweeping tariff program – just days before he's scheduled to address the same justices at his State of the Union speech Tuesday night.

The timing couldn't be more politically charged. Trump will stand before Congress and the nation, staring down the very justices who just kneecapped one of his signature campaign promises that helped secure his landslide 2024 victory.

So much for conservative justices supporting conservative policies, right Patriots?

Globalist Victory Over American Workers

The Court's decision represents a massive win for the same globalist trade policies that gutted American manufacturing for decades. While Trump promised to use tariffs to bring jobs back to America and level the playing field against China's unfair trade practices, the judicial branch just told working Americans to pound sand.

The 6-3 split suggests that even Trump-appointed justices abandoned the President when it mattered most. This is exactly the kind of establishment betrayal that drove millions of Americans to vote for Trump in the first place – only to watch the swamp fight back through every branch of government.

"The American people voted for tariffs, they voted for fair trade, and they voted to put America First. Apparently the Supreme Court didn't get the memo," said one senior administration official.

Now Trump faces the uncomfortable reality of delivering his State of the Union address to the very justices who just sabotaged his economic agenda. Talk about awkward dinner party conversation.

What This Means for America First

This ruling throws a major wrench into Trump's plans to reshape America's trade relationships and protect domestic industries. Without emergency powers to implement tariffs, the President will need to find alternative legal pathways – or convince a reluctant Congress to act.

The question every patriotic American should be asking tonight: If we can't count on supposedly conservative Supreme Court justices to support America First policies, who exactly is fighting for working families in this country?

These judges have never worked a real job in their lives and they want to lecture us about economics? Trump's tariffs protect American workers and they hate it.

This is exactly what we expected from these unelected judges! The deep state strikes again right before Trump can show America his winning economic plan.

They're terrified because they know his tariffs will bring jobs back to America where they belong!

SWAMP CREATURES! They can't stand that Trump puts America first instead of globalist interests.

My manufacturing job came back thanks to Trump's first tariff policies. Now these corrupt judges want to send our jobs back to China. Absolutely disgusting!

Same here brother. Made more money during Trump's first term than I ever had before.

The timing is no coincidence - they want to sabotage him before the State of the Union speech. Trump should call them out directly during his address.

Can someone explain how the Supreme Court even has jurisdiction over tariff policy? I thought that was executive branch territory.
