The Trump administration's common-sense approach to keeping politics out of our national parks just claimed another victory – and predictably, the woke left is throwing a tantrum about it.

Shannon Joslin, a probationary wildlife biologist who identifies as "non-binary," has filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration after being rightfully terminated for covering the iconic El Capitan rock formation at Yosemite National Park with a massive transgender activist flag last year.

The stunt was Joslin's juvenile response to President Trump's reality-affirming policies that recognize biological sex – you know, basic science that apparently triggers these people into acts of vandalism against America's most treasured landmarks.

"Demonstrating without a permit outside of designated First Amendment areas detracts from the visitor experience," park officials stated, showing refreshing backbone in an era where federal agencies have been captured by radical leftist ideology.

Actions Have Consequences

Here's what the mainstream media won't tell you: Joslin wasn't fired for her "identity" – she was fired for being a rogue activist who used her government position to push a political agenda on millions of visitors who came to enjoy nature, not get lectured about gender ideology.

Families saving up all year to visit Yosemite shouldn't have to explain to their children why some government employee decided to turn El Capitan into a billboard for the trans movement. That's not what our tax dollars should fund, and it's certainly not what our national parks are for.

This lawsuit is just the latest example of how the radical left operates: break the rules, face consequences, then play victim and demand taxpayers foot the bill for their activism. It's the same playbook every time.

Under the Trump-Vance administration, federal employees are finally learning they work for the American people – not the other way around. When you take a government job, you don't get to use that platform to push your personal political crusades.

The question patriots should be asking is simple: how many more Shannon Joslins are still embedded in our federal agencies, just waiting for their chance to abuse their positions? The DOGE efficiency initiative can't come fast enough.

Good! National parks should be about nature and American heritage, not political activism. This ranger knew exactly what they were doing.

Exactly right Mike. I take my kids to Yosemite to see God's creation, not someone's political statement.

The Trump administration was right to clean house of activists masquerading as public servants. Hope they don't settle this lawsuit.

As someone who's worked in park services, there are strict rules about maintaining neutrality while on duty. This ranger clearly crossed the line and now wants to blame others for their poor choices.

Thank you for your service! Nice to hear from someone who actually knows how these departments work.

We visited Yosemite last summer and it was such a beautiful, peaceful experience. Can't imagine having that ruined by giant political displays.

Same here! These places should unite us as Americans, not divide us with woke nonsense.

This is exactly why we need more oversight of federal employees. Too many think their job comes with a platform to lecture the rest of us.

Finally some consequences for actions! You can't use taxpayer-funded positions to push your personal agenda. The lawsuit is just frivolous at this point.

Question - wasn't this ranger also violating federal guidelines about political displays on government property? Seems like a pretty clear-cut case to me.
