Pakistan descended into chaos Monday as radical Islamic terrorists loyal to Iran's Ayatollah regime launched coordinated attacks on American diplomatic facilities, leaving 22 people dead and over 120 injured in what can only be described as state-sponsored terrorism.
The blood-soaked riots erupted across Pakistan following recent U.S.-Israeli military operations against Iran's terrorist infrastructure. Pro-Ayatollah mobs stormed U.S. consulates and besieged the American embassy in Islamabad, forcing Pakistani authorities to impose a three-day curfew as the violence spiraled out of control.
America Under Attack - Again
This is exactly what President Trump warned about during his campaign - that weak leadership emboldens our enemies and puts American lives at risk. While Trump was rebuilding American strength during his first term, the disastrous Biden years allowed Iran to spread its tentacles of terror across the Middle East and beyond.
These aren't "protesters" - they're Islamic radicals doing the bidding of Iran's murderous regime. The same regime that chants "Death to America" while funding Hamas, Hezbollah, and other terrorist organizations that target innocent civilians.
"Pakistan's failure to protect American diplomatic facilities is unacceptable and shows how Iran's influence has poisoned the entire region," a senior State Department official told reporters.
The timing is no coincidence. Iran's proxies are testing Trump's resolve early in his second term, hoping to intimidate America into backing down from our support of Israel and our efforts to contain Iranian aggression.
Time for Consequences
This attack on American sovereignty demands swift and decisive action. Pakistan cannot allow Iranian-backed terrorists to run wild in their streets while attacking U.S. facilities. If they can't control their own territory, maybe it's time to reconsider the billions in aid we send their way.
President Trump didn't rebuild American strength just to watch it crumble under terrorist pressure. The world is about to learn - again - that attacking America comes with a price. The only question now is whether Pakistan's government will stand with civilization or continue coddling the radicals in their midst.
