DEEP STATE SABOTAGE: DOJ Abandons Defense of Trump Executive Orders Targeting Corrupt Law Firms

In what appears to be another act of bureaucratic sabotage, the Justice Department on Monday voluntarily dismissed pending appeals defending President Trump's executive orders targeting several major law firms, effectively abandoning the legal fight after lower courts ruled against the measures.

Government lawyers filed the dismissal with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit Monday evening, walking away from executive orders that were designed to hold accountable law firms that have profited from anti-American activities and lawfare against conservative politicians.

This move raises disturbing questions: Is Attorney General Pam Bondi fully in control of her department, or are Deep State holdovers still calling the shots at DOJ?

The Swamp Fights Back

The executive orders in question targeted law firms that have made millions filing frivolous lawsuits against Trump and other America First candidates. These same firms have enriched themselves by representing illegal immigrants, environmental extremists, and other groups seeking to undermine American sovereignty.

But instead of fighting for the President's constitutional authority, DOJ lawyers chose the path of least resistance – surrendering to liberal judges who never wanted to see these corrupt legal schemes exposed in the first place.

"This is exactly the kind of swamp behavior that President Trump was elected to end," said one administration source who requested anonymity. "We have lawyers at DOJ who are more interested in protecting their future job prospects at these same law firms than defending the President's agenda."

Who's Really Running DOJ?

The timing couldn't be worse for the Trump administration, which is facing legal challenges to multiple America First initiatives from these very same law firms. By abandoning this fight, DOJ has essentially given these legal mercenaries a green light to continue their assault on conservative governance.

Patriots deserve to know: Will Attorney General Bondi clean house at the Justice Department and remove the bureaucrats who are actively undermining President Trump's agenda? Or will the Deep State continue to operate with impunity, sabotaging executive orders from within?

The American people didn't vote for Trump to watch his own Justice Department surrender to the swamp. They voted for him to drain it.

Why is the DOJ even allowed to just abandon defending presidential orders like this? Shouldn't there be some kind of legal requirement to defend them?

Great question! The DOJ is supposed to defend all federal laws and orders unless they're clearly unconstitutional, which these weren't.

I've been practicing law for 20 years and I've seen firsthand how these big firms game the system with frivolous lawsuits against the government. Trump's executive orders were long overdue accountability measures.

This is exactly what Trump was warning us about - the deep state bureaucrats undermining America First policies the moment they get the chance. These corrupt law firms have been bleeding taxpayers dry for decades!

100% right Mike. The swamp creatures show their true colors every single time.
