The Supreme Court just delivered a devastating blow to California's war on parental rights, temporarily blocking the Golden State's authoritarian attempt to hide students' gender transitions from their own mothers and fathers.

In a decisive 6-3 ruling Monday, the high court reinstated a lower court order that stopped California's radical notification policies dead in their tracks after the Thomas More Society filed suit on behalf of a group of Catholic parents who refused to let the state hijack their children.

"California built a wall of secrecy between parents and their own children, and the Supreme Court just tore it down," said one legal observer of the monumental decision.

This is exactly the kind of common-sense victory American families have been waiting for under the Trump-Vance administration. While the ruling is temporary, it sends a crystal-clear message to leftist states across the nation: your days of treating parents like domestic terrorists are numbered.

The Deep State's War on Families EXPOSED

California's scheme represents everything wrong with the radical left's approach to education. They want to turn schools into indoctrination centers where government bureaucrats have more say over your child than you do as their parent.

Think about the sheer audacity here, patriots. California Democrats literally created policies designed to keep life-altering information about children SECRET from the people who brought them into this world, love them unconditionally, and are legally responsible for their wellbeing.

This isn't about compassion or protecting kids – it's about power. It's about the state asserting dominance over the family unit, which has been the left's goal for decades.

The Thomas More Society deserves massive credit for standing up to this tyranny and fighting for these Catholic parents who refused to back down when faced with government overreach.

While this victory is temporary, it's a powerful preview of what's coming as President Trump continues reshaping the federal judiciary with constitutionalist judges who actually respect parental rights and religious freedom.

How long will it take before other radical blue states get the message that their anti-parent agenda is finished?

Praise the Lord for this victory! Schools should be partnering with parents, not undermining them. Children need their families' love and guidance during confusing times, not government bureaucrats making decisions behind closed doors.

As an educator, I've always believed parents should be involved in major decisions affecting their children. This ruling protects both parental rights and helps ensure kids get the support they need from their families.

FINALLY! Parents have fundamental rights over their children's education and wellbeing. Schools should never be keeping secrets from families about something this important.

Absolutely right. The government has no business coming between parents and their kids.

Does this ruling apply nationwide or just in California? I'm wondering if this will help parents in other blue states dealing with similar policies.

Thank God for this ruling! My kids' school tried pulling this nonsense last year and I had to threaten legal action just to get basic information about what was happening in their counseling sessions.

Good for you for standing up! Too many parents don't even know this is happening.

What school district was this? We need to keep track of which ones are still trying these policies.
