In a rare display of putting America before party politics, Senator John Fetterman (D-Pa.) has shocked the Washington establishment by throwing his full support behind President Trump's decisive military action against Iran's terrorist regime.
While radical Democrats across the nation cry 'war crimes' and invoke the War Powers Act, Fetterman stood firm in backing Operation Epic Fury, the joint U.S.-Israeli strike that eliminated Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and dealt a crushing blow to the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism.
"I might be a Democrat, but in this specific case, the President is absolutely correct to take these actions," Fetterman declared, according to social media reports from patriots monitoring the situation.
The Pennsylvania Senator didn't stop there. He called the operation "entirely appropriate" and praised the elimination of Khamenei as removing "one of the most dangerous figures in modern history" – a stark contrast to his party's hysterical response.
"Kinda puts our Democrat party to shame — except for Sen Fetterman who backed Trump and called of Rep Massie's anti-Trump, hands-off Iran position as absurd," one observer noted on social media.
This comes as the Middle East erupts following Trump's bold action. Reports flood in of smoke rising from Dubai's Burj Khalifa, explosions rocking Bahrain, and the U.S. Fifth Fleet dodging Iranian drone attacks – all part of Iran's promised "crushing response" that's proving to be nothing more than desperate flailing from a defeated regime.
President Trump has rightfully called Operation Epic Fury a "noble mission," while establishment Republicans like Rep. Thomas Massie shamefully criticized the action. Yet here's Fetterman – a Democrat! – showing more backbone and patriotism than some in Trump's own party.
The question Patriots must ask: When a Democrat from Pennsylvania shows more support for American strength than certain Republicans, what does that say about the swamp creatures still lurking in the GOP? Fetterman may disagree with Trump on domestic policy, but at least he recognizes evil when he sees it – and isn't afraid to back American power when it matters most.
