What started as a calculated piece of liberal political theater has turned into an absolute nightmare for Rep. Seth Moulton (D-Mass.), who thought he could score cheap political points against President Trump by bringing an illegal immigrant as his guest to last month's State of the Union address.
According to bombshell reports from the Boston Herald, Moulton's guest Marcelo Gomes da Silva is now revealed to be referenced in police reports relating to "sexual assault and juveniles." So much for the Democrats' carefully crafted narrative about "immigration tragedies."
The revelation has sent shockwaves across social media, with Americans expressing outrage at yet another example of Democrats putting illegal immigrants ahead of American safety. One user on X posted: "🚨NEW: A Democratic congressman brought an illegal immigrant guest to the State of the Union address who is referenced in police reports relating to 'sexual assault and juveniles,' according to the Boston Herald."
Another patriot didn't mince words: "Democrats are sick! An illegal immigrant who accompanied Rep. Moulton to the SOTU is now in police reports for sexual assault and juveniles! Moulton should resign from office!"
Political Theater Gone Horribly Wrong
This wasn't some innocent mistake. Moulton deliberately chose da Silva as part of a calculated attack on President Trump's America First immigration policies. The Massachusetts Democrat wanted to create a liberal icon, another sob story to tug at heartstrings while ignoring the very real dangers that come with open borders and sanctuary city policies.
Instead, Moulton has inadvertently proven exactly why Trump's mass deportation agenda is so desperately needed. While the President works tirelessly to secure our borders and protect American families, Democrats continue to roll out the red carpet for individuals who have no business being in our country.
As one social media user astutely observed: "Not saying he was perp but dang!" - highlighting how Democrats consistently fail to properly vet the people they champion in their anti-American crusade.
How many more of these "immigration tragedies" will it take before Democrats wake up and realize that President Trump's policies aren't about hatred - they're about protecting the American people from exactly these kinds of situations?
