EXPOSED: Biden's DOJ Still Fighting to PROTECT Dangerous Abortion Pills in Court

The corrupt Justice Department made another shameful move Friday to protect the dangerous abortion pill industry, filing a motion to block Missouri's lawsuit challenging the FDA's reckless approval of mail-order mifepristone distribution.

In a filing that exposes the federal government's continued allegiance to Big Pharma over women's safety, DOJ lawyers argued that allowing Missouri's case to proceed would somehow "inhibit" their own so-called safety study on the abortion drug. What a convenient excuse to shut down legitimate state oversight!

Missouri's lawsuit targets the FDA's dangerous decision to allow the abortion pill mifepristone to be shipped through the mail like a pizza delivery, putting countless women at risk of serious complications without proper medical supervision. But apparently, the federal bureaucrats think protecting Planned Parenthood's profits is more important than protecting women's lives.

Deep State Protecting Abortion Industry

This latest DOJ maneuver proves that even under the Trump administration, embedded Deep State operatives are still working overtime to shield the abortion industry from accountability. How convenient that they suddenly care about a "safety study" when a red state tries to protect its citizens from dangerous mail-order drugs!

The timing is particularly suspicious. Why would the DOJ fight so hard to prevent oversight of a drug that has already caused documented medical emergencies and hospitalizations across the country? Because they know that real scrutiny would expose the FDA's reckless approval process that prioritized abortion access over women's safety.

"This is exactly the kind of federal overreach that President Trump was elected to stop. Missouri has every right to protect its citizens from dangerous drugs being shipped through the mail without proper safeguards."

Patriots should be asking themselves: If mifepristone is so "safe" as the abortion lobby claims, why is the DOJ so terrified of letting Missouri's case move forward? What are they hiding in their so-called safety data?

It's time for the Trump administration to clean house at the Justice Department and stop these bureaucratic games that put ideology over public safety. American women deserve better than mail-order abortion pills protected by Deep State lawyers.

This is exactly why we need Trump back in office. The Biden administration has shown time and again they care more about pushing their radical agenda than protecting women's safety.

Absolutely right! The double standard is unbelievable - they claim to care about women while ignoring real health risks.

As someone who's worked in women's health for over 20 years, I can tell you that proper medical oversight saves lives. The push for mail-order abortion pills without adequate safeguards is reckless.

The FDA's own data shows increased risks, yet the DOJ continues to fight for these dangerous drugs. This administration's priorities are completely backwards when it comes to protecting life and health.

Exactly! If this were any other medication with similar risk profiles, they'd be demanding stronger regulations.

What legal grounds is the DOJ even using to justify this position? Seems like they're stretching federal authority pretty thin here.

Why aren't more people talking about the lack of proper medical supervision with these pills? My sister works in an ER and has seen firsthand the complications that can arise.
