The Economist magazine is getting absolutely destroyed on social media after publishing a disgraceful puff piece that glorified Iran's deceased dictator Ayatollah Ali Khamenei while U.S. and Israeli forces continue their devastating military campaign against the terror regime.

In what can only be described as journalistic malpractice, The Economist actually referred to America as the "Great Satan" - using the Iranian regime's own propaganda language - while painting the brutal dictator as some kind of persevering leader worth admiring.

Patriots across social media weren't having it. "Stop glorifying a doomsday terrorist nut job that murdered, raped, and tortured hundreds of thousands," one user fired back at the publication's tone-deaf post.

Liberal Media Shows Its True Colors

This shameful display from The Economist perfectly exposes how the globalist media operates. While President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu are finally taking decisive action to neutralize one of the world's most dangerous terrorist regimes, supposedly "respectable" publications are busy writing love letters to dead dictators.

Khamenei wasn't some misunderstood leader - he was the architect of a regime that executed political prisoners, funded terrorist organizations across the Middle East, and oppressed the Iranian people for decades. His regime stones women to death, throws gay people off buildings, and has been the primary state sponsor of terrorism for over four decades.

"This is exactly why Americans no longer trust the mainstream media - they'll sympathize with anyone as long as they hate America first."

The timing couldn't be more insulting to the brave American and Israeli servicemen currently risking their lives to eliminate this terrorist threat. Instead of supporting our troops and allies, The Economist is busy rehabilitating the image of a monster.

This is what happens when globalist publications put their anti-American bias ahead of basic human decency. The Iranian people deserve freedom from the regime that has brutalized them for generations - not sympathetic obituaries for their oppressors from Western elites who wouldn't last five minutes under Islamic tyranny.

How much more evidence do Americans need that the establishment media is completely compromised?

Does anyone know if there's been any backlash against The Economist for this article? Subscribers should be canceling left and right.

My cousin served three tours in the Middle East and saw firsthand what Iranian-backed militias do to innocent civilians. The Economist should be ashamed of themselves for whitewashing this history.

This is exactly why we can't trust legacy media anymore. They'll bend over backwards to criticize America while making excuses for actual dictatorships.

Couldn't agree more. It's like they have a playbook for this stuff.

Finally someone calls out The Economist for their disgusting propaganda! How can any reputable publication glorify a regime that oppresses its own people and funds terrorism across the Middle East?

They've been pushing this narrative for years. Mainstream media always finds ways to make America and Israel the villains.
