The judicial deep state struck another blow against President Trump's efforts to drain the swamp Monday, as a federal judge disqualified three Trump-appointed attorneys leading the U.S. Attorney's Office in New Jersey in what appears to be yet another coordinated attack on the America First agenda.
U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann issued a sweeping 130-page opinion targeting senior counsel Philip Lamparello and other Trump appointees, claiming they are serving "unlawfully" in their positions. The ruling escalates what the administration has called a politically motivated dispute over who controls federal prosecutions in the Garden State.
This is exactly the kind of judicial activism Patriots have come to expect from a court system that spent four years protecting the Biden regime's corruption while persecuting Trump supporters. Now that we have a President fighting for America again, suddenly these same judges discover new "legal concerns" about prosecutorial appointments?
Another Coordinated Attack on Trump
The timing couldn't be more suspicious. Just three weeks into Trump's historic second term, as the administration ramps up efforts to secure our borders and prosecute real criminals instead of political prisoners, a Clinton-appointed judge decides to throw a wrench in the works.
This follows the familiar pattern we've seen since 2016: Trump tries to implement the agenda Americans voted for, and activist judges find creative ways to obstruct justice and protect the swamp creatures who've been bleeding this country dry.
"This is just another example of how the deep state uses the courts to resist the will of the American people," one administration source told reporters. "They had no problem with how Biden's DOJ operated for four years, but suddenly they're concerned about 'proper procedures' when Trump tries to restore law and order."
The question every patriot should be asking is simple: Why are these judges so desperate to keep Trump's people out of positions where they might actually investigate the real crimes committed by the previous administration? What are they so afraid we might find?
