Pennsylvania Democratic Governor Josh Shapiro, who's used to steamrolling over Pennsylvanians' rights from Harrisburg, is now facing a federal lawsuit from his own neighbors who say he's been trampling all over their backyard — literally.

Jeremy and Simone Mock have had enough of their gubernatorial neighbor's entitled behavior, filing a bitter property dispute lawsuit accusing Shapiro and his wife Lori of repeatedly trespassing on their land. The explosive legal battle exposes just how little respect this Democrat politician has for basic property rights — even when it comes to the folks living right next door.

Think about it, Patriots: if Shapiro can't respect his neighbors' property boundaries, how can Pennsylvania families trust him to respect their constitutional rights as governor? This is the same politician who's been pushing the radical left agenda across the Keystone State, and now we're seeing his true character up close and personal.

Typical Democrat Entitlement

The federal lawsuit reveals a pattern of behavior that should surprise exactly no one who's been paying attention to how Democrats operate. They believe the rules don't apply to them, whether we're talking about COVID lockdowns, election integrity, or apparently, staying off their neighbors' private property.

"This is what happens when politicians think they're above the law and above basic human decency," said one local Pennsylvania resident following news of the lawsuit.

While hardworking Pennsylvania families are struggling with inflation, crime, and the fallout from years of failed Democrat policies, their governor is apparently busy feuding with his neighbors over property lines. Talk about misplaced priorities.

The Mock family's decision to take this fight to federal court sends a clear message: even governors aren't above the law when it comes to respecting Americans' fundamental property rights. Good for them for standing up to this political bully.

This scandal perfectly illustrates the Democrat mentality — they want to control every aspect of your life while believing basic rules don't apply to them. Pennsylvania deserves better leadership than a governor who can't even be a decent neighbor.

I had a similar issue with a local Democrat official who thought they could just walk through my backyard to access the creek. Had to threaten legal action to get them to stop.

Wait, what exactly did he trespass for? Was this related to some government project or just personal use of someone else's land?

Sounds like it was related to his property expansion from what I gathered.

As someone who voted against Shapiro, this doesn't surprise me one bit. He's shown complete disregard for property rights since day one in office.

Typical Democrat behavior - thinking the rules don't apply to them! If this was a Republican governor it would be front page news everywhere.

Exactly! The double standard in media coverage is disgusting.

Property rights are fundamental! Good for these neighbors for standing up to government overreach.
