The swamp is alive and well, Patriots. More than two dozen House lawmakers have sent a letter to U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer begging the Trump administration to go easy on Mexican beer imports, according to an exclusive report from the Washington Examiner.

The letter, signed by 13 Republicans and one Democrat, was sent on February 27th and represents exactly the kind of corporate bootlicking that President Trump was elected to drain from Washington. While American workers struggle with unfair trade deals that have shipped jobs overseas for decades, these lawmakers are more concerned about protecting the profit margins of beer importers.

This is rich, isn't it? The same establishment politicians who spent years attacking Trump's America First trade agenda are now scrambling to protect their special interests from the very tariffs designed to level the playing field for American businesses and workers.

America First vs. Corporate Interests

Let's be crystal clear about what's happening here. President Trump's tariff strategy isn't about punishing consumers – it's about finally making foreign competitors pay their fair share while incentivizing domestic production. For too long, American breweries have been undercut by cheap Mexican imports that don't face the same regulatory burdens or labor costs.

"These lawmakers are more loyal to their corporate donors than to the American workers who elected them," one source close to the administration told reporters.

The timing of this letter is particularly telling. Just weeks into Trump's second term, as he's methodically dismantling the failed policies of the Biden regime, these swamp creatures are already working overtime to preserve the globalist status quo that enriched their campaign coffers.

This isn't just about beer, folks. This is about whether America will continue to let foreign competitors take advantage of our markets while our own industries get hammered by unfair trade practices. The Trump administration has made it clear: those days are over.

Will President Trump cave to these corporate-backed politicians, or will he stay true to the America First agenda that got him elected? Based on his track record, smart money says these lawmakers are about to learn what 'Art of the Deal' really means.

Wait, which Republicans are part of this gang? I need names so I know who NOT to vote for in the primaries. This is exactly why we sent Trump back to Washington - to drain the swamp, not listen to it!

Absolutely disgusting! These swamp creatures care more about their corporate donors and cheap imported beer than supporting American workers and breweries. Trump should hold firm on ALL tariffs!

Couldn't agree more! We have plenty of great American beer companies that could use the business instead.

I stopped drinking Corona years ago anyway. Switched to Yuengling and Budweiser - keep the money here at home where it belongs. These politicians just don't get it.

Yuengling is solid! Family-owned American brewery that actually supports conservative values.
