Texas Democrat James Talarico just handed Republicans the perfect campaign ad for 2026 after launching a vicious attack on Christianity and patriotism during his appearance on Stephen Colbert's late-night show.

The radical leftist, who's desperately trying to flip Republican John Cornyn's Senate seat, warned viewers that fascism will come to America "wrapped in the flag and carrying the cross." Think about that for a moment, patriots – this man just called YOUR faith and YOUR love of country the pathway to tyranny.

Talarico spent his CBS appearance fear-mongering about "Christian nationalism," the latest buzzword Democrats use to demonize anyone who believes America was founded on Biblical principles and still cherishes those values today. According to this extremist, traditional Christian views are somehow a threat to American society.

"We need to confront Christian nationalism," Talarico declared, using the same talking points pushed by George Soros-funded groups across the nation.

Here's the beautiful irony: while Talarico attacks Christians and patriots as "fascists," it's his own party that's been weaponizing federal agencies, censoring free speech, and persecuting political opponents. It's Democrats who raided Mar-a-Lago, who threw grandmothers in prison for praying at abortion clinics, and who tried to bankrupt bakeries for refusing to violate their religious beliefs.

The real fascists are the ones calling YOU fascists, folks.

This is exactly why President Trump won decisively in 2024 and why Republicans will continue winning. Americans are sick and tired of radical Democrats like Talarico who hate everything this nation stands for – our faith, our flag, our Constitution, and our values.

Talarico's attack on Christianity isn't just politically stupid – it's morally reprehensible. In a state like Texas, where millions of God-fearing patriots live and vote, insulting their deeply held beliefs is political suicide.

But keep talking, James. Every word you say reminds Texas voters exactly why they need to keep that Senate seat in Republican hands. When someone shows you who they really are, believe them the first time.

Absolutely disgusting! Thank God Texas voters can see right through this anti-Christian agenda.

My pastor warned us about this exact thing happening in politics. We're seeing the mask come off completely.

This is exactly why we can't trust these radical Democrats. They hate our faith and everything this country was built on.

This is spiritual warfare, plain and simple. We need to pray for our country and vote these God-haters out of office.

Unbelievable that someone would attack Christianity while asking for our votes!

How can someone call Christianity fascism when it literally teaches love, forgiveness, and caring for others? The hypocrisy is unreal.

I've been teaching history for 20 years and I can tell you that Christianity built the moral foundation of our nation. This candidate clearly doesn't understand basic American values or history.

Exactly right! Our founding fathers were men of faith who built this country on Christian principles.
