Chuck Schumer just got caught red-handed in another classic case of Democrat hypocrisy, and this time it's over king crab dinners for our troops.
The Senate Minority Leader is desperately trying to manufacture outrage over Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth's Pentagon spending, specifically targeting $93.4 billion in September expenses that included premium meals for military personnel. But here's what Schumer doesn't want you to remember β his deafening silence when Biden's Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin was running up similar tabs on luxury military spending.
This is the same Chuck Schumer who never said a peep when the Biden regime was hemorrhaging taxpayer dollars on everything from woke diversity training to climate change initiatives in the Pentagon. But now that Trump's team is actually taking care of our service members with quality meals, suddenly Schumer has found his fiscal responsibility voice?
Where Was This Outrage Under Biden?
Patriots, this isn't about government spending β it's about political theater. Schumer and his Democrat cronies had four years to scrutinize Pentagon expenses under Austin, but they were too busy pushing their radical agenda to care about fiscal responsibility.
Now that we have a Defense Secretary who actually prioritizes our troops' welfare over progressive politics, the left wants to nitpick every crab cake and steak dinner. These are the same Democrats who spent billions on Afghanistan's botched withdrawal and left Americans behind enemy lines.
Secretary Hegseth is doing exactly what he was appointed to do β rebuild our military strength and take care of the men and women who serve our nation. If that means our heroes get king crab instead of mystery meat, then that's money well spent.
The American people see right through Schumer's selective outrage. While he's busy counting crustaceans, Hegseth is focused on restoring our military dominance and ending the woke nonsense that plagued our armed forces under Biden.
It's time for Schumer to explain why luxury Pentagon spending was acceptable under his party's leadership but suddenly scandalous under Trump. The receipts don't lie β but apparently, neither does Democrat hypocrisy.
