Another day, another example of liberal educators abusing their positions to brainwash America's children. Texas Democratic Senate nominee James Talarico is facing well-deserved scrutiny after social media posts revealed how he used his middle school classroom as a liberal indoctrination center.

According to Facebook posts reviewed by The Daily Wire, Talarico assigned students to write "Obama memoirs" from the former president's perspective and encouraged them to watch the Democratic National Convention as part of their curriculum. Because apparently teaching basic civics wasn't enough – these kids needed a full dose of Democrat propaganda.

This is exactly what parents across America have been warning about for years. While teachers should be focusing on reading, writing, and arithmetic, too many are more interested in turning classrooms into liberal recruitment centers.

The Left's Education Agenda EXPOSED

Talarico's assignments are a perfect example of how the radical left has infiltrated our education system. Instead of teaching students to think critically about all political perspectives, he was literally having them write from Obama's point of view. Talk about bias!

"This is what happens when activists masquerade as educators. Our children deserve better than partisan propaganda disguised as lesson plans."

Now this same individual wants to represent Texas families in the state Senate. The irony is rich – a man who couldn't keep his political activism out of the classroom now wants more power to shape policy affecting all Texas students.

Parents fought back against this kind of educational malpractice during the school board battles of recent years, and they're not about to let up now. From critical race theory to gender ideology to Obama worship assignments, Americans have had enough of the left's attempts to capture young minds.

The question Texas voters need to ask themselves is simple: Do we really want someone who used his teaching position for political indoctrination representing us in the legislature? The answer should be crystal clear.

It's time to send a message that our schools are for education, not liberal propaganda. Patriots need to stay vigilant and keep fighting for our children's minds.

I taught for 15 years and saw this happening more and more. Teachers were literally given talking points during staff meetings about how to incorporate 'social justice' themes into math and science lessons. It's real and it's widespread.

Thank you for speaking up! We need more former educators to expose what's really going on behind closed doors.

And they wonder why parents are showing up to school board meetings demanding answers. This is our wake-up call!

Every parent needs to demand full transparency about curriculum and assignments. We have the right to know exactly what our children are being taught with our tax money.

Does anyone have more details about what specific assignments were given? I want to share this with other parents in our area who are still sending their kids to public school.

This is exactly why we need school choice NOW. Our tax dollars shouldn't fund political indoctrination disguised as education.

Absolutely right! Competition will force these schools to focus on actual learning instead of propaganda.

My daughter came home last year singing some song about Obama being a hero. When I asked her teacher about it, she just brushed me off and said it was 'cultural literacy.'

How is this any different from the propaganda techniques used in authoritarian regimes? Teaching kids to worship political figures is straight out of the totalitarian playbook.
