Texas Democrats have a problem, and his name is James Talarico. The state representative who just defeated Rep. Jasmine Crockett in the Democratic Senate primary is making headlines for all the wrong reasons – his disturbing fixation on transgender children that has conservative voices sounding the alarm.
During a recent appearance on "A Superbloom Podcast," Talarico revealed what's really on his mind when asked to share something he loves "that's not family or friends." His response? A glowing tribute to transgender children that would make any parent's skin crawl.
"I love, I'm just saying this because it's on my mind, the trans—" Talarico began, before launching into praise of these vulnerable children as "perfect" and "sacred."
BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales didn't mince words on "Sara Gonzales Unfiltered," calling out what every reasonable American is thinking: "He really seems to love trans kids, like to an unhealthy degree."
"An unhealthy obsession is exactly what this looks like," Gonzales continued. "What kind of politician's mind immediately goes to transgender children when asked about their personal passions?"
This is the same radical leftist ideology that President Trump and his administration are working tirelessly to root out of our government and schools. While Trump fights to protect children from gender ideology and restore common sense, Democrats like Talarico are doubling down on their extremist agenda.
The timing couldn't be more telling. As the Trump-Vance administration works to end "woke" policies that have infected our institutions, Texas Democrats are elevating politicians who view children through the lens of radical gender theory rather than simply as kids who need protection and guidance.
Patriots across Texas should be asking themselves: Is this really the kind of person they want representing the Lone Star State in the U.S. Senate? Someone whose mind immediately turns to transgender children when discussing his personal passions?
The answer should be crystal clear. Texas deserves leaders who put children's safety and well-being first – not politicians with questionable obsessions masquerading as compassion.
