Just weeks into President Trump's second term focused on mass deportation and immigration enforcement, establishment Republicans in West Virginia are already stabbing working Americans in the back.

The Republican-controlled West Virginia Senate Judiciary Committee is moving to gut an E-Verify bill that would have required businesses to verify workers' legal status, according to reports. Instead of strengthening immigration enforcement as Trump promised, these RINOs are carving out exceptions to help their corporate donor friends continue exploiting cheap migrant labor.

This is exactly the kind of swamp behavior that President Trump ran against – twice. While he's working to secure our border and deport illegal aliens, so-called "Republicans" in Charleston are making it easier for businesses to hire migrants instead of American workers.

Corporate Cronyism Over American Workers

The watered-down bill would excuse more businesses from using E-Verify, the federal system designed to prevent illegal hiring. Why? Because wealthy CEOs complained it might hurt their bottom line if they actually had to hire Americans at fair wages.

This isn't just about immigration – it's about the corrupt alliance between big business and establishment politicians that has sold out American workers for decades. These West Virginia Republicans are choosing corporate donors over the coal miners, factory workers, and small business owners who actually vote for them.

"This is a betrayal of everything the MAGA movement stands for," said one immigration enforcement advocate. "While President Trump is fighting to put America First, these RINOs are putting corporate profits first."

Time to Primary the Traitors

West Virginia patriots need to remember which Republicans voted to protect illegal hiring when primary season comes around. The Trump agenda is clear: secure borders, enforce immigration law, and put American workers first. Any Republican who stands in the way is a RINO who needs to be replaced.

President Trump didn't win a mandate to have his own party undermine immigration enforcement. It's time for West Virginia voters to clean house and elect real America First conservatives who will fight for workers, not corporate cronies exploiting cheap foreign labor.

I work construction and have seen firsthand how illegal labor undercuts American workers. These politicians talk tough on immigration during election season then stab us in the back once they get to Charleston.

This is exactly what I've been saying for years - these establishment Republicans care more about their corporate donors than the working people of West Virginia. We need to primary every single one of these RINOs who voted to gut enforcement.

Absolutely right! They campaign on America First but govern for the Chamber of Commerce.
