While President Trump fights to secure our borders and protect American workers, RINOs in West Virginia are doing the bidding of their corporate masters by gutting crucial E-Verify legislation that would stop businesses from hiring illegal migrants.

The Republican-controlled West Virginia Senate Judiciary Committee is moving to water down an E-Verify bill, creating more loopholes and excuses for businesses that want to continue exploiting cheap illegal labor instead of hiring Americans at fair wages.

This is exactly the kind of swamp behavior that proves the America First movement must continue fighting not just Democrats, but the establishment Republicans who talk tough on immigration during election season, then cave to their corporate donors when it's time to actually DO something.

Corporate Cronyism Over American Workers

E-Verify is a simple, proven system that ensures businesses only hire workers who are legally authorized to work in America. When states require ALL businesses to use it, illegal hiring drops dramatically and wages for American workers go up.

But apparently, some West Virginia Republicans think protecting their CEO buddies' profit margins is more important than protecting West Virginia workers from unfair competition.

"This is a betrayal of every American worker who voted Republican expecting them to actually follow through on immigration enforcement," one frustrated voter told us.

While President Trump launches the largest deportation operation in American history to restore the rule of law, these RINOs are actively undermining immigration enforcement at the state level. They're making it easier for businesses to hire illegals, which means more jobs stolen from Americans and more downward pressure on wages.

The Swamp Runs Deep

This isn't just about West Virginia – it's about the ongoing battle between the MAGA movement and the establishment Republicans who still think they can serve two masters: the American people who elected them, and the corporate interests who fund their campaigns.

Patriots need to remember: just because someone has an 'R' next to their name doesn't mean they're fighting for America First policies. Some Republicans are perfectly happy to sell out American workers if the price is right.

West Virginia voters deserve better than legislators who campaign on securing the border but then gut the very tools needed to enforce immigration law. It's time to hold these RINOs accountable.

This is exactly why we can't trust establishment Republicans! They talk tough during election season then cave to their corporate donors the second they get in office.

Couldn't agree more. Time to primary these sellouts in 2024.

Which specific legislators voted to gut this bill? We need names so we know who NOT to vote for next time.

Check the state legislature voting records - it's all public information. Do your homework before voting!

I work construction and see this firsthand - companies hiring illegals to undercut American wages. E-Verify should be mandatory, period.

As a small business owner who follows the law and verifies all my employees, it's infuriating when big corporations get to cheat the system. We need E-Verify to level the playing field and protect honest businesses.

Disgusting! These RINOs care more about cheap labor for their corporate buddies than protecting American jobs.

Time to drain the swamp in Charleston too, not just DC!
