Just weeks into President Trump's second term and his historic mass deportation operation, Republican backstabbers in West Virginia are already working overtime to undermine America First immigration policies.

The GOP-controlled West Virginia Senate Judiciary Committee is quietly gutting an E-Verify bill that would crack down on businesses hiring illegal migrants, creating more loopholes for corporate cronies who profit off cheap foreign labor while American workers get left behind.

This is exactly the kind of establishment betrayal that President Trump has been fighting against for nearly a decade. While our Commander-in-Chief works tirelessly to secure our borders and put Americans first, these RINO sellouts in Charleston are cutting backroom deals with the same Chamber of Commerce types who destroyed American communities with their addiction to illegal labor.

Corporate Cronyism Wins Again

The watered-down legislation will excuse more businesses from using E-Verify, the federal system designed to prevent companies from hiring workers who have no legal right to be in America. Instead of strengthening these protections while Trump is deporting illegal aliens by the thousands, West Virginia Republicans are making it easier for businesses to continue exploiting the broken system.

This isn't just about immigration policy – it's about whose side these politicians are really on. Are they fighting for the American worker trying to support his family with an honest day's work? Or are they in the pocket of corporate donors who want to keep wages low and workers desperate?

Patriots across West Virginia need to ask themselves a simple question: Why did we elect Republicans if they're going to act like Democrats the moment corporate lobbyists come knocking?

"We didn't send these people to Charleston to make excuses for businesses that break our immigration laws," one frustrated West Virginia voter told local media. "We sent them there to back up President Trump."

While Trump's deportation teams work around the clock to restore law and order to our immigration system, these West Virginia Republicans are essentially rolling out the welcome mat for continued illegal hiring practices. It's a slap in the face to every American who believed the GOP would finally stand up to the corporate interests bleeding our country dry.

The people of West Virginia deserve better than politicians who campaign like America First conservatives but govern like Chamber of Commerce liberals. Time to hold these RINOs accountable.

Can someone explain what specific changes they made to gut the law? I want to understand the details before I call my representatives.

From what I read, they removed penalties for non-compliance and made it voluntary instead of mandatory for most employers.

The Chamber of Commerce and big business donors have too much influence over our so-called conservative representatives. We need politicians who will put American workers first, not corporate profits.

This is exactly why I don't trust establishment Republicans anymore. They talk a big game about border security but fold the moment their donor class comes knocking.

100% agree. We need to primary every single one of these sellouts.

My husband lost a roofing job to a crew that was paying workers cash under the table. This is exactly the kind of enforcement we need to protect legal workers and their families.

As someone who's worked construction in WV for 20 years, I've seen firsthand how illegal labor undercuts American workers. E-Verify should be mandatory, not optional!
