A violent illegal alien who authorities suspect entered the country during the Biden administration's catastrophic border crisis has been hit with multiple charges after physically attacking a federal immigration officer, according to new reports.

The shocking incident comes as Senate Democrats continue their reckless obstruction of Department of Homeland Security funding, leaving America's immigration enforcement deliberately handicapped as the agency shutdown approaches its 30th day.

This is exactly what happens when you combine Biden's border disaster with Democrat sabotage of Trump's deportation operations. We have dangerous criminals roaming our streets who should never have been here in the first place, and now they're literally attacking the federal agents trying to remove them.

Democrats Playing Games While Americans Pay the Price

While this violent illegal was assaulting a federal officer, Senate Democrats were busy playing political games with our national security. Their refusal to fully fund DHS isn't just partisan politics – it's putting American lives at risk every single day.

The Biden regime spent four years rolling out the red carpet for illegal aliens, including violent criminals who are now embedded in communities across America. Now that President Trump is back in office to clean up the mess, Democrats are doing everything they can to sabotage the deportation operations that will make our communities safe again.

"This is what happens when you have an open border policy followed by Democrat obstruction of enforcement," one immigration official told reporters. "We're dealing with the consequences of four years of failed leadership."

Every day that DHS remains underfunded is another day that violent illegals like this one remain on American streets instead of being shipped back where they came from. How many more federal officers need to be attacked? How many more Americans need to be victimized?

President Trump's mass deportation agenda isn't just campaign rhetoric – it's a national security imperative. And Democrats who continue blocking funding are complicit in every crime committed by illegals who should have already been removed.

The question every American should be asking: How long will we let Senate Democrats prioritize illegal aliens over the safety of federal agents and American citizens?

What are the charges going to be for this attack? Will this individual finally be deported or will they be released back into our communities?

Unacceptable! When will the Democrats realize that open borders lead to chaos and violence?

I live 50 miles from the border and see this stuff regularly. My neighbor works for CBP and the stories he tells about what they deal with daily would shock most Americans. This violence against our officers needs to stop.

This is exactly why we need that wall and proper border security! When federal officers are being attacked while doing their jobs, something is seriously wrong with our immigration system.

Absolutely right. Our border patrol agents risk their lives every day and deserve better support from Washington.

As a retired military officer, this infuriates me. Our federal agents deserve the same respect and protection we gave our troops overseas.

Day 30 of the shutdown and this is what happens when we don't have adequate resources. How many more incidents like this before Congress acts?
