FINALLY: Republican Rep Introduces BILL to Strip Citizenship From Terrorist Sympathizers

In a move that should have happened decades ago, Rep. Riley Moore (R-WV) is introducing groundbreaking legislation to strip citizenship from naturalized Americans who support terrorism or engage in jihadist attacks against their fellow citizens.

The West Virginia Republican's bill comes as Americans are fed up with watching foreign-born terrorists exploit our generous naturalization process only to turn around and wage war against the very country that welcomed them with open arms.

"We're seeing a horrific pattern where people come to America, take an oath of allegiance, and then betray everything this nation stands for by supporting or committing acts of terror," Moore explained. His legislation would give the federal government the tools to denaturalize and repatriate these traitors.

Common Sense Meets Political Courage

While Democrats have spent years screaming about "Islamophobia" and protecting the rights of terrorist sympathizers, Moore is actually doing something to protect law-abiding Americans from those who would do us harm.

The bill specifically targets naturalized citizens who support terrorism or commit attacks "in the name of Islamist jihad" - addressing the elephant in the room that politically correct politicians refuse to acknowledge.

"Republicans aren't just sitting idly by in the wake of recent terror attacks on Americans," Moore declared, showing the kind of backbone we need more of in Washington.

This is exactly the type of legislation President Trump's America First agenda demands. For too long, we've watched as our immigration system gets exploited by people who hate everything America represents.

Moore's bill sends a crystal clear message: if you come to America and take an oath of citizenship, you better mean it. If you're here to wage jihad or support those who do, you can pack your bags and find somewhere else to spread your hatred.

The question now is whether enough Republicans will have the courage to support this common-sense measure, or if they'll cave to the inevitable liberal hysteria about "discrimination" and "due process" for people who want to kill Americans.

My son served three tours overseas fighting these terrorists. It's disgusting that people here can openly support them with zero consequences.

Love the concept but hope it's written carefully. We need to make sure it targets actual terrorist supporters and doesn't get misused for political purposes down the road.

I support the intent, but I'm curious about the constitutional challenges this might face. Due process concerns could be an issue in court.

Good point. The Supreme Court has been pretty strict about citizenship revocation in the past. This will definitely face legal challenges.

About time! If you hate America and support those who want to destroy us, then you don't deserve the privileges of citizenship.

Exactly right. Citizenship comes with responsibilities, not just rights.

Which Republican introduced this? Want to make sure I support them in the next election cycle.

This is long overdue. Does anyone know what the specific criteria would be for determining 'terrorist sympathizer' status?
