In a pathetic display of sour grapes, defeated Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw crawled to liberal CBS host Margaret Brennan to whine about his humiliating primary loss, blaming voters and 'conspiracies' instead of taking responsibility for betraying the conservative movement.
Crenshaw was absolutely demolished by state Rep. Steve Toth in the March 3 Republican primary, losing by a crushing margin of over 57%. Instead of accepting that Texas voters rejected his establishment RINO politics, the eyepatch McCain decided to throw a tantrum on national television.
Speaking to Brennan—the same liberal hack who disgracefully blamed free speech for the Holocaust—Crenshaw claimed voters were 'misled' and failed to show up in sufficient numbers. Translation: the little people were too stupid to appreciate his genius, and the wrong voters came out to the polls.
Patriots Saw Right Through the RINO Act
Here's what really happened, Dan: Texas patriots finally saw through your act. While you were busy attacking America First conservatives and cozying up to the establishment swamp, real conservatives like Steve Toth were fighting for the values that actually matter to Republican voters.
Crenshaw's defeat is part of a beautiful pattern we're seeing across America. Voters are done with RINOs who talk conservative during election season but govern like Democrats once they get to Washington. They want fighters who will stand with President Trump, not backstabbers who undermine the MAGA agenda.
"The voters have spoken loud and clear—they're tired of establishment Republicans who promise one thing and deliver another," said one Texas conservative activist.
Instead of blaming 'conspiracies,' maybe Crenshaw should look in the mirror and ask why conservative voters chose an actual conservative over him. But that would require the kind of self-reflection that career politicians are incapable of.
The Trump-Vance administration is cleaning house in Washington, and apparently Texas Republicans are doing the same thing back home. Good riddance to bad rubbish—now let's hope more RINOs get the message before their own voters show them the door.
