Radical Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett of Texas is under fire after shamelessly defending her security guard who was killed in a police SWAT standoff while wanted for impersonating a law enforcement officer.
The security guard, whose lengthy criminal rap sheet should have disqualified him from any position near a member of Congress, died during the confrontation with police who were attempting to arrest him on charges of criminal impersonation of a peace officer.
But instead of acknowledging the obvious red flags about her hiring practices, Crockett doubled down and defended the criminal, showing once again how Democrats consistently side with lawbreakers over law enforcement.
Pattern of Poor Judgment
This latest scandal raises serious questions about Crockett's judgment and vetting processes. How does someone with a criminal background end up providing security for a sitting member of Congress? Where was the background check? Where was basic due diligence?
The fact that Crockett is now defending this individual after his death in a police standoff speaks volumes about her priorities. While our brave law enforcement officers were doing their jobs trying to arrest a suspected criminal, this Democrat congresswoman is more concerned with protecting the reputation of someone who allegedly impersonated the very officers who serve and protect our communities.
"This is exactly what we've come to expect from the radical left - defend criminals, attack police," said one law enforcement advocate.
Under President Trump's leadership, we've seen a renewed commitment to backing the blue and supporting our law enforcement community. The contrast with Democrats like Crockett couldn't be more stark.
Questions Demand Answers
Patriots deserve to know how this situation was allowed to develop. What other security risks is Crockett exposing by her apparent lack of proper vetting? How many other Democrats in Congress are employing individuals with criminal backgrounds in sensitive positions?
This incident perfectly illustrates the difference between the America First agenda that puts law and order first, and the radical Democrat approach that consistently prioritizes criminals over the safety and security of law-abiding Americans.
Will Crockett finally admit her mistake, or will she continue defending the indefensible while our police officers risk their lives every day to keep us safe?
