The swamp creatures are showing their true colors already. Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE) just revealed himself as another establishment RINO by threatening a Republican 'civil war' if President Trump dares to withdraw the United States from NATO—you know, that globalist military alliance that's been bleeding American taxpayers dry for decades.
Speaking on CNN's 'The Source' Tuesday night—because of course he went to fake news CNN—Bacon essentially declared war on the America First agenda that got Trump elected. Twice.
'There would be a Republican civil war' if Trump attempted NATO withdrawal, Bacon warned, apparently forgetting that Trump already campaigned on putting America's interests above foreign entanglements.
The Swamp Strikes Back
This is exactly the kind of establishment pushback Patriots knew was coming. Here we have a so-called 'Republican' more concerned about appeasing European allies than delivering on the promises Trump made to American voters. Bacon seems more worried about maintaining the globalist status quo than actually draining the swamp.
Let's be crystal clear about what's really happening here: The military-industrial complex and their congressional puppets are panicking because Trump might actually follow through on his America First foreign policy. They're terrified of losing their endless gravy train of foreign interventions and overseas commitments that enrich defense contractors while American communities crumble.
The question every patriot should be asking: Why is a Republican congressman more concerned about NATO than securing our own southern border?
Meanwhile, Trump has consistently argued that European nations need to pay their fair share for their own defense instead of relying on American blood and treasure. That's not isolationism—that's common sense.
RINOs vs. America First
Bacon's threat of 'civil war' exposes the real battle lines in the Republican Party. On one side, you have President Trump and millions of America First patriots who believe our government should prioritize American citizens. On the other side, you have establishment RINOs like Bacon who are more loyal to globalist institutions than their own constituents.
The good news? Trump didn't back down to the swamp in his first term, and he's certainly not going to be intimidated by threats from Nebraska congressmen now. The American people elected Trump to shake up the establishment, not to coddle it.
Will the GOP establishment finally learn to get in line with the America First agenda, or will they continue exposing themselves as the swamp creatures they really are?
