EXPOSED: Left-Wing Senate Hopeful Gets SLAMMED by Hometown Church Over Deceptive Campaign Ad

Another day, another Democrat caught red-handed trying to pull a fast one on voters. This time, it's Maine Senate hopeful Graham Platner, whose 30-second campaign ad has blown up in his face after the church featured in his spot publicly demanded he remove their image immediately.

Sullivan Harbor Baptist Church didn't mince words when they discovered Platner had used their house of worship in his political propaganda without bothering to ask permission first. The church leadership made it crystal clear they want absolutely nothing to do with the left-wing candidate's campaign and ordered him to pull the ad.

This is classic Democrat behavior, folks. They'll use anyone and anything to advance their political agenda, including sacred spaces that should remain above the partisan fray. The arrogance is staggering – Platner apparently thought he could just hijack the church's image for his own political gain without consequences.

Churches Fight Back Against Political Exploitation

What makes this story even more infuriating is the broader pattern we're seeing across America. Liberal politicians constantly try to wrap themselves in faith and community values when it's convenient for their campaigns, then turn around and attack those same institutions when they don't toe the progressive line.

Sullivan Harbor Baptist Church deserves massive credit for standing up to this political opportunist. Too many institutions cave to pressure from Democrats, but this congregation showed real backbone by publicly calling out Platner's deceptive tactics.

"We want no part in Maine Senate hopeful Graham Platner's campaign ad and demand he remove the image of the church immediately," the church stated firmly.

The fact that Platner thought he could get away with this speaks volumes about the entitlement mentality plaguing the modern Democratic Party. They believe they own everything and everyone, including churches that want nothing to do with their radical agenda.

Will Platner do the right thing and immediately pull his misleading ad? Or will he double down like so many Democrats before him? Either way, the people of Maine now know exactly what kind of character – or lack thereof – this Senate candidate possesses.

Finally! It's about time churches start standing up to these politicians who use faith as a prop during election season. My own pastor has been warning us about candidates who show up once every two years just for photo ops.

Exactly right. We see this every election cycle - candidates who never darken our doors suddenly want to talk about their 'faith journey' when they need votes.

What exactly did the church say in their statement? The article mentions they 'slammed' the ad but I'd like to see their specific response.

Good for that church for speaking out! Takes courage to call out deception these days.

Agreed. More religious leaders need to have the backbone to defend their congregations from being exploited for political gain.

This doesn't surprise me one bit. These left-wing candidates will say anything to get elected, even lie about their relationship with their own faith community. We had a similar situation in our district two years ago.

The fact that their OWN hometown church felt compelled to issue a public correction tells you everything you need to know about this candidate's character.

This is why we need to do our homework on every candidate. Don't just listen to their ads - look at their actual record and what their own community says about them.
