A deranged anti-Trump criminal who served prison time for threatening to assassinate President Donald Trump has been arrested AGAIN for making additional death threats against our commander-in-chief — proving once again that our revolving-door justice system is failing to protect Americans and our elected leaders.
Diedrich Holgate, 47, was sentenced to just 18 months in prison after making nearly three dozen threats to kill then-candidate Trump in 2024 through social media posts, phone calls, and voicemails. But instead of learning his lesson behind bars, this unstable individual was released early and promptly went back to his sick obsession with threatening our president.
"I have the right to kill the president. I want to kill you," Holgate reportedly stated in his original threats — words that should have kept him locked up for YEARS, not months.
Think about this, Patriots: While President Trump is working tirelessly to secure our borders, rebuild our economy, and restore American greatness, dangerous criminals like Holgate are being let loose to terrorize and threaten the leader of the free world.
This case exposes the fundamental weakness in our criminal justice system that prioritizes the "rights" of criminals over the safety of law-abiding Americans — including the President of the United States. Eighteen months for dozens of death threats? That's not justice, that's a joke.
The Trump-Vance administration has been cracking down on crime and supporting law enforcement, but cases like this show how much work remains to be done. When will our courts start taking threats against public officials seriously?
Meanwhile, the mainstream media will probably ignore this story because it doesn't fit their narrative that Trump supporters are the "real threat" to democracy. They'd rather focus on January 6th prisoners than actual dangerous criminals making death threats against our president.
How many more times will Holgate be released to terrorize President Trump and his family? And how many other unstable criminals are walking free right now, plotting against our leaders while our justice system looks the other way?
