OBSTRUCTION: Democrats Launch WEEKLY War Powers Assault to Sabotage Trump's Foreign Policy

Senate Democrats have declared war on President Trump's foreign policy authority, promising to launch weekly attacks through war powers resolutions after Republicans rightfully blocked their latest sabotage attempt led by Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut.

The radical left's obsession with constraining Trump's ability to defend America has reached new levels of desperation. Instead of supporting our Commander-in-Chief's efforts to project strength against Iran's terrorist regime, Democrats are more interested in political theater that weakens America on the world stage.

Murphy's resolution was the latest in a series of Democrat attempts to tie Trump's hands when dealing with Iran - the same rogue nation that funds terrorism across the Middle East and chants "Death to America" in their parliament. But Senate Republicans stood firm, recognizing that now is not the time to signal weakness to our enemies.

Weekly Warfare Against America First

Rather than accept defeat and work with the President to keep Americans safe, Democrats are doubling down on their obstructionist agenda. Their promise of weekly war powers votes represents nothing more than a coordinated campaign to undermine Trump's authority and distract from his America First agenda.

This is the same playbook we've seen for years - Democrats would rather score political points against Trump than stand united against foreign threats. While the President works to rebuild American strength after four years of Biden's disasters, Democrats are busy plotting their next parliamentary ambush.

"The American people didn't elect Congress to micromanage every foreign policy decision. They elected Donald Trump to restore American strength and protect our interests abroad."

Patriots should ask themselves: Why are Democrats so desperate to limit Trump's options when dealing with Iran? Why do they insist on telegraphing weakness to a regime that threatens Israel and American interests throughout the region?

The answer is simple - they'd rather see Trump fail than see America succeed. Their weekly war powers circus will only embolden our enemies while dividing us at home. Fortunately, Senate Republicans are standing strong against this dangerous political game.

This is exactly what I expected from the radical left - they can't accept that Trump won and now they're trying to undermine our foreign policy every single week. Let the man do his job!

Couldn't agree more. They're putting politics over national security.

My grandfather always said that politics should stop at the water's edge when it comes to foreign policy. Democrats have completely abandoned this principle and it's shameful.

The hypocrisy is staggering - where were these same Democrats when Obama was launching strikes without Congressional approval? They only care about war powers when a Republican is in office.

As someone who served 20 years in the military, I've seen firsthand how important it is to have consistent foreign policy leadership. This weekly assault is dangerous and sends mixed signals to our allies and enemies alike.

Unbelievable! While families are struggling with inflation and crime, Democrats are wasting time on this nonsense.

Exactly! How much taxpayer money is being wasted on these pointless votes?

Can someone explain what specific war powers they're trying to invoke here? I want to understand the legal mechanism they're using so I can contact my representatives.
