In yet another example of foreign leaders desperately seeking attention by attacking President Trump, Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama made outrageous claims at a United Nations slavery reparations event in New York, accusing Trump of "slowly normalizing the erasure" of black history in America.
Speaking at Tuesday's UN event, Mahama had the audacity to lecture the United States about racial issues while his own country struggles with massive corruption, poverty, and actual human rights abuses. The irony is thick – a leader from a nation where many of his own people live in extreme poverty is wagging his finger at the most prosperous and free country in world history.
The Real Agenda: Globalist Virtue Signaling
This isn't about genuine concern for American civil rights – it's about advancing the globalist agenda that seeks to undermine American sovereignty and the Trump administration's America First policies. These UN events are nothing more than elaborate schemes to guilt successful Western nations into massive wealth transfers to corrupt foreign governments.
What exactly has President Trump done to "erase" black history? The Trump administration has consistently promoted economic policies that benefit ALL Americans, including record-low black unemployment before the pandemic and historic funding for Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Meanwhile, it was the Biden regime that actually tried to implement discriminatory DEI policies that judged people by skin color rather than merit.
"This is classic projection from the globalist left – accuse your opponents of exactly what you're doing while demanding money from American taxpayers," said one conservative policy analyst.
The truth is that Trump's policies have done more to actually improve conditions for minority communities than decades of Democrat promises and handouts. School choice, criminal justice reform, and economic opportunity zones have created real change, not empty rhetoric at UN gabfests.
Patriots should ask themselves: Why are foreign leaders so desperate to attack President Trump? Because his America First agenda threatens their ability to leech off American generosity while offering nothing in return. Mahama would be better served focusing on his own nation's problems instead of parroting talking points from the American left.
