DELUSIONAL: Swalwell Claims Californians Fear Being 'KIDNAPPED' by ICE Agents

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) hit a new low of liberal hysteria Thursday, claiming on CNN that Californians are living in fear of being "kidnapped" by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents conducting perfectly legal deportation operations under President Trump's America First agenda.

The congressman's unhinged comments on "The Arena" perfectly capture the left's desperate strategy: frame lawful immigration enforcement as some kind of Nazi-style roundup to protect their precious illegal alien voting base.

Let's be crystal clear about what's really happening here. ICE agents aren't "kidnapping" anyone – they're doing their jobs by removing foreign nationals who have no legal right to be in our country. These are the same dedicated law enforcement professionals who Democrats demonized for four years while Biden turned our border into a Welcome Mat for the Third World.

"Californians are afraid they might be kidnapped by ICE," Swalwell claimed, apparently with a straight face.

This is the same Eric Swalwell who had a cozy relationship with Chinese spy Fang Fang, remember? The same guy who pushed the Russia collusion hoax for years. Now he's fear-mongering about ICE agents doing exactly what American voters demanded when they gave Trump a decisive mandate in 2024.

California's Sanctuary State Delusion Meets Reality

What Swalwell really means is that California's illegal alien population – and their enablers – are finally facing consequences for breaking federal immigration law. After years of sanctuary city policies that protected criminals and gang members, the Trump-Vance administration is restoring law and order to our immigration system.

The only people who should be "afraid" of ICE are those who entered our country illegally or overstayed their visas. Legal immigrants and American citizens have absolutely nothing to worry about – despite Democrats' shameless attempts to blur that distinction.

This is what winning looks like, patriots. When establishment politicians like Swalwell resort to comparing lawful deportations to kidnapping, you know Trump's mass deportation agenda is working exactly as promised.

My family came here legally from Italy in the 1950s and never once feared immigration enforcement because we followed the rules. What's so hard to understand about that?

This guy was literally compromised by Chinese spies and he's still in Congress talking about fear? Give me a break.

How is Fang Fang doing these days? 😂

Swalwell is absolutely delusional if he thinks enforcing our immigration laws is somehow wrong.

The fear-mongering from the left is incredible. ICE agents are professional law enforcement, not some rogue militia.

I left California 3 years ago and the only thing people there should fear is their own politicians destroying the state.

The only people who should fear ICE are those here illegally. If you're a legal citizen or immigrant, what's the problem?

Question: How is it "kidnapping" when ICE agents are federal law enforcement officers doing their job? This rhetoric is getting out of hand.

It's not kidnapping at all. It's law enforcement. Democrats just love their dramatic language.

ICE doesn't "kidnap" anyone - they enforce immigration law! Swalwell is just pandering to his base with these ridiculous fear tactics.

Exactly! It's called deportation, not kidnapping. Big difference!
