President Trump's massive deportation operation is barely three weeks old, and already weak-kneed Senate Republicans are signaling they might buckle under Democrat pressure when it comes to funding Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
The real danger isn't whether these critical agencies will get funded – it's whether gutless GOP senators will allow radical Democrats to attach poison pill amendments that gut Trump's ability to actually deport the millions of illegal aliens who shouldn't be here in the first place.
Patriots knew this day would come. While Trump and his team are executing the largest deportation operation in American history, the same old swamp creatures in the Senate are already looking for excuses to compromise away the very mandate voters gave Republicans in November.
Democrats Playing Their Usual Games
Make no mistake – this is exactly what Chuck Schumer and his radical allies want. They can't stop Trump's deportations through the courts fast enough, so now they're betting on squishy Republicans to do their dirty work for them.
The Democrat strategy is crystal clear: demand "humanitarian" conditions, push for "due process" delays, and water down enforcement until Trump's deportation promise becomes just another broken Washington commitment.
But here's what these Senate RINOs don't seem to understand – the American people are watching. We didn't send Trump back to the White House so he could play patty-cake with the same politicians who gave us the border crisis in the first place.
Time for Backbone, Not Compromise
Every single Republican senator needs to ask themselves a simple question: Are you going to stand with President Trump and the millions of Americans who voted for secure borders, or are you going to cave to Democrat demands and betray your own voters?
The House has already shown they're ready to fight for real border security. Now it's time for Senate Republicans to prove they deserve the majority voters gave them.
Will your senator stand strong, or will they be just another swamp creature when the chips are down?
