Iran's authoritarian regime is so terrified of President Trump's strength that they're now trying to go around him directly to the American people with propaganda letters.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian released a pathetic four-page letter to Americans on Wednesday, whining that joint U.S.-Israeli strikes against Iran's terrorist infrastructure are planting "seeds of resentment." The timing? Just hours before President Trump delivers a high-profile speech on the conflict.
This is what desperation looks like, folks. Iran's mullahs know they can't intimidate Trump like they did with Obama and Biden, so now they're trying to manipulate American public opinion with sob stories about their "vital infrastructure" - which happens to include facilities used to build weapons for Hamas, Hezbollah, and other terror groups.
Iranian Regime Plays Victim Card
In his letter, Pezeshkian had the audacity to claim Iran "never initiated a war" despite decades of sponsoring terrorism across the Middle East. Social media users were quick to call out this propaganda attempt, with one noting that "Iranian president writes letter to Americans - and makes no mention of ceasefire."
"President Masoud Pezeshkian says Iran 'never initiated a war' despite what he describes as 'enduring occupation and invasion,'" reported @iam_seanson on social media.
Never initiated a war? Tell that to the families of American soldiers killed by Iranian-backed militias in Iraq. Tell that to Israel, which faces constant rocket attacks from Iranian proxies. This regime has American blood on its hands, and now they want sympathy?
Predictably, Trump-hating leftists on social media are already praising Iran's letter-writing skills while attacking our own president. One anti-Trump account @forAnewTrueBlue actually complimented the Iranian dictator's grammar compared to Trump's social media posts. Imagine siding with a terrorist regime over your own president.
Trump's Strength vs. Iran's Weakness
The contrast couldn't be clearer. While Iran's president begs Americans for mercy in flowery letters, President Trump prepares to address the nation with the strength and resolve that has already restored American deterrence worldwide.
This is exactly why the Iranian regime preferred dealing with weak leaders like Obama and Biden, who shipped them pallets of cash and ignored their terrorism. Trump's "peace through strength" approach has them scrambling for any way to avoid the consequences of their actions.
Americans aren't falling for this propaganda, and neither should our leaders. Iran chose terror - now they get to face the consequences under a president who actually puts America first.
