The blood of a young mother is on the hands of California's radical sanctuary state policies after two illegal aliens—who should have been turned over to ICE—allegedly murdered 24-year-old Kembery Chirinos-Flores in cold blood.
Chirinos-Flores was found bleeding from gunshot wounds in a car in Sunnyvale on January 7th and pronounced dead at the scene, leaving behind her 5-year-old son. The Department of Homeland Security has confirmed that local California officials IGNORED federal immigration detainer requests against the two suspects.
This is exactly what President Trump's mass deportation agenda was designed to prevent. These illegal aliens should have never been able to commit these horrific killings and must NEVER be released from jail into American communities.
California's Deadly Sanctuary Policies Strike Again
How many more innocent Americans have to die before these sanctuary jurisdictions stop protecting criminal aliens over their own citizens? This young mother's death was completely preventable if California officials had simply followed federal law and honored the ICE detainer.
Instead, they chose to prioritize their woke ideology over public safety—and now a 5-year-old boy will grow up without his mother.
"These illegal aliens should have never been able to commit these horrific killings and must NEVER be released from jail into American communities," a DHS spokesperson stated.
Social media users are expressing outrage over the sanctuary policies that enabled this tragedy. One user on X pointed out the hypocrisy of those who "treat the aliens who killed so many people as poor, unfortunate immigrants" while ignoring the victims of their crimes.
This is why President Trump's deportation operations and border security measures are so critical. Every day these policies are delayed, more innocent Americans are put at risk by criminal aliens who exploit our broken immigration system.
How many more Kembery Chirinos-Flores cases will it take before every jurisdiction in America starts putting American lives first? The answer should be zero—but sadly, California's radical politicians seem determined to learn this lesson the hard way.
