The horrific case represents everything wrong with America's broken immigration system under the previous administration - violent criminals who should have been deported long ago, now taking innocent American lives. Gomez faces two counts of negligent homicide and DWI in connection with the fatal crash that ended the lives of two senior citizens who deserved to live out their golden years in peace.
