JUSTICE SERVED: Corrupt Judge Who Helped Illegal Alien Evade ICE DENIED Appeal

The wheels of justice keep turning for disgraced former Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan, and the news isn't good for this corrupt judicial activist. A federal court has officially DENIED her request for a new trial after she was convicted of helping an illegal alien evade Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in a brazen display of sanctuary city lawlessness.

Remember this case, Patriots? Back in April 2025, Dugan was caught red-handed on courthouse video helping Eduardo Flores-Ruiz – an illegal alien from Mexico facing domestic violence charges – slip out a side door to avoid waiting ICE agents. When confronted about her criminal behavior, this arrogant judge actually claimed she was "immune" from prosecution because of her position on the bench.

Well, guess what? Lady Justice doesn't play favorites, even for activist judges who think they're above the law.

"FAFO," posted conservative commentator @Chicago1Ray on social media. "Disgraced Judge Hannah Dugan allowed Eduardo Flores-Ruiz to go out a back door to avoid ICE agents who were there to take him into custody. Today, a federal judge denied her appeal. She faces 5 years and $350K in fines. Give her the maximum."

This is exactly the kind of judicial activism that has been destroying our legal system for decades. Here we had a sitting judge – someone sworn to uphold the law – actively conspiring to help a criminal illegal alien evade federal immigration enforcement. And she thought her black robe would protect her from consequences!

The Trump-Vance administration's commitment to enforcing immigration law is sending shockwaves through the sanctuary city establishment. Dugan now faces up to five years in federal prison and $350,000 in fines for her crimes against the American people.

Legal analyst Mary Chastain highlighted the case on social media, sharing news of the denied appeal and noting the significance of holding corrupt officials accountable.

This case should serve as a warning to every activist judge, prosecutor, and government official who thinks they can obstruct President Trump's mass deportation agenda. The days of judicial immunity for lawless behavior are OVER. When you conspire to help criminals evade federal law enforcement, you become a criminal yourself.

How many more corrupt officials need to face real consequences before the message gets through? The American people are watching, and we demand equal justice under law.

Finally! When judges start picking and choosing which laws to follow, our entire justice system breaks down. This is exactly what we need to see more of.

Couldn't agree more. Judges are supposed to interpret law, not make it or ignore it when it's inconvenient.

About time! Rule of law matters.

This is what happens when people think they can substitute their personal feelings for the law. We have immigration procedures for a reason - follow them or face the consequences.

As someone who served this country, it infuriates me to see people in positions of trust betray their oath. My son is a police officer and he sees the consequences of this kind of corruption every day on the streets.

Thank you for your service and thank your son for his. We need to support law enforcement, not undermine them.

Does anyone know if this judge will face criminal charges too? Seems like helping someone evade federal authorities should be more than just losing an appeal.

Good! I'm so sick of activist judges thinking they're above the law. How many more are out there doing the same thing?
