IRAN EXPOSED: VP Vance Reveals Tehran LIED About Lebanon Ceasefire Terms

The Iranian regime just got caught trying to rewrite history, and Vice President JD Vance wasn't about to let them get away with it.

Speaking to reporters before boarding Air Force Two Wednesday evening, Vance delivered a masterclass in America First diplomacy, exposing Iran's apparent confusion—or deliberate deception—about the terms of ongoing ceasefire negotiations.

"I think the Iranians thought that the ceasefire included Lebanon, and it just didn't—we never made that promise," Vance stated plainly, cutting through the fog of Iranian propaganda.

Iran's Parliamentary Speaker Can't Keep His Story Straight

The Vice President didn't mince words when addressing recent complaints from Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the speaker of Iran's parliament, who has been publicly griping about alleged ceasefire violations.

Vance's response? Maybe Tehran's top legislator needs an English tutor.

"I actually wonder how good he is at understanding English, because there are things that he said that, frankly, didn't make sense" in the context of the negotiations, Vance observed.

And here's the kicker: Vance flipped the script on Ghalibaf's complaints entirely. "If he's frustrated about three issues, that actually means that there's a lot of agreement," the Vice President noted. In other words, when Iran can only find three things to whine about, the Trump-Vance administration must be doing something right.

Israel Steps Up While Iran Plays Games

While the mullahs in Tehran try to move the goalposts, our ally Israel has demonstrated genuine good faith. Vance confirmed that Israel has offered to "check themselves" in Lebanon specifically to ensure American-led negotiations succeed.

That's what a real partner looks like, folks. Compare that to Iran's constant double-dealing and you see exactly why the Trump administration's approach of strength—not the Obama-Biden appeasement doctrine—is the only path forward.

Strait of Hormuz Showing Signs of Progress

In another piece of encouraging news, Vance indicated the strategically critical Strait of Hormuz is "starting to reopen." This vital waterway, through which roughly 20% of the world's oil passes daily, has been a pressure point that Iran has repeatedly threatened to exploit.

The Vice President also made clear that this administration operates from a position of leverage, not weakness. When asked about Iran's uranium enrichment ambitions, Vance didn't give an inch: "The more that they're willing to give us, I think the more they're going to get things out of this negotiation."

That's called dealmaking, patriots. Something the Biden administration never understood during its desperate attempts to resurrect the disastrous Iran nuclear deal.

America First Diplomacy in Action

Vice President Vance and Second Lady Usha Vance departed Europe Wednesday night after what can only be described as a successful diplomatic mission that put American interests front and center.

While the legacy media will undoubtedly try to spin Iran's confusion as somehow America's fault, the facts speak for themselves: The Trump-Vance administration is holding the line, calling out lies in real-time, and refusing to make promises that compromise our allies or our national security.

After four years of Biden's weakness emboldening our enemies across the globe, isn't it refreshing to have leaders who actually say what they mean—and mean what they say?

What specific terms did Iran lie about? I want to share this with my family but need more details about what exactly they're hiding.

From what I've read, they're misrepresenting the withdrawal timeline and weapon restrictions. Typical Iranian tactics.

This is why we need strong America First leadership that won't fall for foreign manipulation.

Iran has been playing these games for decades. My brother served in the Middle East and always said you can't trust anything Tehran says - this proves it once again.
