Here we go again, Patriots. Just when you think America's European "allies" couldn't possibly stab us in the back any deeper, they find a new knife and twist it harder.
While hardworking American taxpayers continue bankrolling Europe's defense through NATO to the tune of hundreds of billions annually, these ungrateful nations have once again shown their true colors by prioritizing their own economic interests over the alliance that has kept them safe for decades.
The latest betrayal comes as several European Union nations are secretly negotiating energy deals and trade agreements that directly undermine President Trump's America First agenda and national security priorities. These are the same countries that lecture us about "shared values" while they cozy up to our adversaries behind closed doors.
Enough Is Enough
For too long, the Washington establishment has allowed Europe to treat America like their personal ATM and security service while they pursue policies that actively harm our interests. Remember when Germany built a pipeline to Russia while depending on us for military protection? Or when France undermined our Middle East policy while hiding behind our nuclear umbrella?
"America has been Europe's sugar daddy for far too long," said one senior administration official. "President Trump came back to office promising to put America First, and that means these one-sided relationships have to end."
The European elite class has grown fat and comfortable on American protection while actively working against our economic and strategic interests at every turn.
President Trump now has the perfect opportunity to finally show these fair-weather friends what real consequences look like. Whether that's reducing NATO funding, implementing targeted tariffs, or restructuring our entire European strategy, it's clear that business as usual is no longer an option.
The American people didn't elect Trump to continue subsidizing European ingratitude. They elected him to defend American interests, even if that means making some uncomfortable decisions about relationships that no longer serve us.
How many more betrayals will it take before we finally admit that Europe sees America as a convenient tool rather than a true partner?
