Biden's Rubber-Stamp Judges Are OUT
Under the disastrous Biden administration, immigration courts became a sick joke. Activist judges — many of them Obama and Biden appointees with an ideological axe to grind — were approving asylum claims at rates exceeding 50%. These weren't judges; they were Democrat operatives in robes, waving through anyone who crossed our border illegally.
President Trump took a sledgehammer to that corrupt system.
Working with Senior Advisor Stephen Miller and a Justice Department finally committed to enforcing the law, the administration purged the activist judges who turned their courtrooms into welcome centers for illegal aliens. In their place? Professionals who understand that immigration law exists for a reason — to protect American citizens, American workers, and American communities.
The results speak for themselves: asylum grant rates have absolutely collapsed to just 7%. That's not a typo, folks. Seven percent. Down from over 50% under Sleepy Joe.
Deportation Orders SURGE as Backlog Crumbles
For years, the open borders crowd used a clever trick to keep illegals in the country indefinitely: clog up the courts with so many cases that deportations would take years — if they ever happened at all. Some illegals waited a decade or more for their cases to be heard, all while living off American taxpayers and, in too many cases, committing violent crimes.
That scam is over.
In fiscal year 2025, immigration courts issued nearly 500,000 removal orders — a staggering 57% increase over the previous year. Criminal aliens who thought they'd beaten the system are now getting one-way tickets back to wherever they came from.
And that massive backlog the Biden regime created? It's being demolished. Hundreds of thousands of cases have been cleared since Inauguration Day, with the pace accelerating every single month. The days of endless delays designed to let illegals disappear into the interior of our country are finished.
Zero Releases at the Border — For 11 Straight Months
Perhaps the most stunning statistic of all: for eleven consecutive months, not a single illegal alien has been released at the border. Zero. None. Zilch.
Remember Biden's border? The catch-and-release nightmare where Border Patrol agents were reduced to processing clerks, handing out court dates to millions of illegals before shipping them off to cities across America? Remember the overcrowded facilities, the cartels making billions, the fentanyl pouring in and killing our kids?
President Trump ended all of it.
More than three million illegals have now left the United States since Trump returned to office — the largest reduction in the illegal population in modern American history. Some were deported. Others saw the writing on the wall and self-deported. Either way, they're gone.
The Left Is Melting Down
Predictably, the mainstream media and their Democrat allies are in full panic mode. The New York Times is already running sob stories about the "purged" judges and the poor asylum seekers who can no longer game the system. Immigration lawyers who made fortunes coaching illegals on how to exploit loopholes are crying foul.
Too bad.
The American people voted for this. They voted for President Trump because they were sick and tired of being told that enforcing immigration law was "racist" or "xenophobic." They were sick of watching their communities transformed, their wages suppressed, and their schools and hospitals overwhelmed.
President Trump promised to end the invasion and restore the rule of law. He's delivering — with unrelenting force.
What This Means for America
For too long, America's immigration system was designed to benefit everyone except American citizens. Cheap labor for big corporations. Votes for Democrats. Profits for the cartels. Everyone won except you — the hardworking American taxpayer footing the bill.
That's over now.
With courts actually enforcing the law, with deportations surging, and with the border finally secured, American workers will see wages rise. American communities will be safer. American taxpayers will save billions that were being wasted on services for people who had no right to be here.
