The Trump White House just served up the perfect response to another delusional Hollywood leftist trying to lecture America on foreign policy.
George Clooney, the has-been actor who apparently thinks his movie career qualifies him as an international law expert, decided to shoot his mouth off about President Trump's strong stance against Iran during a speaking engagement with Italian high school students this week.
The actor had the audacity to claim that Trump's threats to destroy Iran if they attack American interests would constitute "war crimes" – because nothing says foreign policy expertise quite like pretending to be a doctor on TV, right?
"You can still support the conservative point of view, but there must be a line of decency, and we must not cross it," Clooney pontificated to the European audience, apparently forgetting which country actually pays for global security.
But here's where it gets good, Patriots. The Trump White House wasn't about to let this sanctimonious Hollywood lecture slide without consequence.
In a response that had social media absolutely roaring with laughter, the White House fired back with a brutal assessment of Clooney's qualifications: his "terrible acting ability."
Talk about hitting where it hurts! While Clooney was busy virtue-signaling to foreign teenagers about American foreign policy, the Trump administration reminded everyone exactly what the actor is actually known for – and apparently, he's not even good at that.
This is exactly the kind of pushback we need against the Hollywood elite who think their fame gives them the right to undermine American strength abroad. These are the same celebrities who stayed silent while the Biden regime projected weakness around the world for four disastrous years.
Now that we have a real President back in the White House – one who puts America First and isn't afraid to speak from a position of strength – suddenly these Tinseltown hypocrites are concerned about "decency"?
The Trump administration's willingness to punch back against celebrity critics shows they're not going to play the same weak games as previous Republican administrations. When Hollywood comes for the President, they're going to get hit back twice as hard.
What do you think, Patriots? Should more Republicans follow Trump's lead and stop treating celebrity opinions like they matter?
