This is what real leadership looks like, folks.
While the Biden regime spent four years begging OPEC for scraps and kowtowing to the Iranian mullahs, President Donald J. Trump just reminded the entire world why you don't mess with the United States of America. A bold naval blockade of the Strait of Hormuz is now underway, and American energy dominance is filling the gap left by Middle Eastern instability — exactly as the President planned.
Let that sink in: America isn't just responding to a crisis. We're solving it.
The World Comes Running to America
The numbers tell the story better than any pundit ever could. As of yesterday, 167 crude tankers have declared U.S. destinations, with 103 empty vessels steaming toward American ports ready to load up on good old American crude. Fifty-four of those are Very Large Crude Carriers — massive ships capable of hauling two million barrels each.
And here's the kicker: 20 tankers flying European flags and another 20 under Asian flags are racing to the Gulf of America. Not the Persian Gulf. Not some OPEC nation. America.
That's what energy independence looks like, Patriots. That's what happens when you have a President who says "Drill, baby, drill" and actually means it.
Records Shattered, Promises Kept
Just one year back in office, and President Trump has turned America into an energy superpower the likes of which the world has never seen:
U.S. natural gas production hit a staggering 118.5 billion cubic feet per day — a record — with new highs forecasted for 2026 and 2027. Oil production reached an all-time high of 23.6 million barrels per day. America became the first nation in human history to export more than 100 million metric tons of liquefied natural gas in a single year.
Read that again: The first nation in history.
Remember when Biden paused LNG exports to appease his climate cult donors? President Trump reversed that disaster on Day One. Nearly 6,000 drilling permits have been approved on federal and Native American lands — a 55% increase over the previous year. New LNG export terminals are advancing. Vast new areas have been opened for development.
Today, the United States produces more oil than Saudi Arabia and Russia combined. We produce more natural gas than Russia, Iran, and China combined.
Strength, Not Weakness
While Iran and other adversaries try to weaponize energy against the free world, President Trump is delivering it. This is the fundamental difference between America First leadership and the globalist appeasement we suffered through for four long years.
The Biden administration left us dependent on foreign oil, hollowed out our military readiness, and emboldened our enemies at every turn. Iran saw weakness and exploited it. China saw weakness and exploited it.
Now? They see American warships enforcing freedom of navigation and American energy keeping the lights on across Europe and Asia. They see a President who doesn't bluff, doesn't apologize, and doesn't back down.
This is American strength. This is what happens when you put America First.
The question every American should be asking: Where would we be right now if we'd had four more years of Biden's energy surrender? The answer is terrifying — and it's exactly why elections matter.
Thank God for President Trump.
