Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche delivered a devastating rebuke to Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg after a federal appeals court once again shut down the Deep State judge's attempts to sabotage President Trump's mass deportation operations.
The appeals court dealt another crushing blow to Boasberg's contempt probe against Department of Justice attorneys, marking the second time the higher court has been forced to step in and stop the rogue judge's anti-Trump crusade. Blanche didn't hold back in his response, accusing Boasberg of deliberately targeting DOJ attorneys who are working to implement the President's America First immigration agenda.
Deep State Judge Gets EXPOSED
This latest smackdown exposes the coordinated effort by Obama holdovers in the federal judiciary to obstruct Trump's mandate from the American people. Judge Boasberg, who sits on the secretive FISA court that rubber-stamped the Russia hoax surveillance warrants, has made it crystal clear he's more interested in protecting illegal aliens than following the law.
The fact that an appeals court has now TWICE been forced to intervene shows just how far off the rails this activist judge has gone. While hardworking ICE agents are trying to remove dangerous criminals from our communities, Boasberg is playing political games from the bench.
"This judge is clearly targeting our attorneys who are simply doing their jobs to enforce immigration law," a DOJ source told reporters. "It's judicial activism at its worst."
Patriots should be asking themselves: How many more Obama judges are out there actively working to undermine the will of the American people? This is exactly why Trump's judicial appointments were so crucial during his first term - and why the Deep State is so desperate to stop his deportation operations now.
The Trump-Vance administration won a decisive mandate to secure our borders and remove illegal aliens. No activist judge should be allowed to stand in the way of that mission. It's time for Congress to investigate Judge Boasberg's pattern of obstruction and hold him accountable for putting politics above the rule of law.
