The radical Democrats have just shown their true colors again, folks. House Democratic Caucus Chairman Pete Aguilar is openly threatening retaliation against Republican Rep. Cory Mills if House Republicans dare to hold corrupt Democrat Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick accountable for her alleged misconduct.
This is exactly the kind of swamp behavior that President Trump was elected to drain. Instead of letting ethics investigations proceed fairly, Aguilar and his Democrat cronies are playing political games with congressional integrity.
Both Mills and Cherfilus-McCormick are currently under House Ethics Committee investigation, but here's what the mainstream media won't tell you: the Democrats are essentially holding Mills hostage to protect their own corrupt member from facing consequences.
Think about what this really means. The party that constantly lectures Americans about "threats to democracy" is now openly admitting they'll weaponize the ethics process for pure political revenge. Where's the outrage from the legacy media about this blatant abuse of power?

The Trump-Vance administration and House Republicans need to stand firm against this shameless intimidation. If Cherfilus-McCormick committed misconduct, she should face the consequences regardless of Democrat threats.
