The Trump administration just scored another massive victory against the deep state, as a federal appellate court delivered a devastating blow to Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg's latest attack on America First policies.
Boasberg, who has made a career out of obstructing conservative victories, attempted to launch what can only be described as a political witch hunt against top Trump officials after they successfully executed deportations of dangerous Tren de Aragua gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.
Here's what really happened: When Boasberg tried to block Trump's planned deportations of these violent criminals early last year, he was already too late. Secretary of State Marco Rubio revealed that two planes loaded with alleged gangsters were already airborne – one headed to El Salvador and the other to its destination – before the Obama judge could interfere.
Rather than accepting this win for American safety, Boasberg decided to go full deep state and launched an investigation into whether Trump officials had somehow acted improperly by actually doing their jobs and protecting Americans.
The appellate court wasn't having any of it. In what sources are calling a "clear abuse" of judicial power, the higher court shut down Boasberg's vindictive probe entirely.
"This represents exactly the kind of judicial activism and deep state interference that President Trump was elected to end,"
said one administration source familiar with the matter.
This victory comes as the Trump-Vance administration continues its historic mass deportation operation, removing dangerous criminals and gang members who never should have been allowed to terrorize American communities in the first place.
While Boasberg and his fellow Obama holdovers try to protect foreign criminals, President Trump is keeping his promises to the American people. The contrast couldn't be clearer.
Patriots should celebrate this win, but remain vigilant. How many more deep state judges are out there trying to sabotage America's security behind closed doors?
