The Trump administration just scored a massive legal victory against yet another Obama-appointed judge trying to sabotage America's border security operations.
U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg suffered a humiliating defeat Tuesday when an appellate court shut down his transparent attempt to investigate top Trump officials over successful deportations of dangerous Tren de Aragua gang members.
The Obama appointee had launched what can only be described as a partisan witch hunt, ordering a halt to President Trump's lawful deportations under the Alien Enemies Act while demanding to probe Secretary of State Marco Rubio and other administration officials.
But Boasberg wasn't quick enough on the draw. Secretary Rubio had already gotten two planes airborne - one headed to El Salvador and another to an undisclosed location - loaded with alleged gang terrorists before the activist judge could interfere.
Deep State Judge Exposed
The appellate court didn't mince words, calling Boasberg's actions "clear abuse" of judicial power. This is exactly the kind of deep state resistance Patriots have come to expect from Obama's judicial appointees who can't accept that Trump is cleaning up the mess left by the previous administration.
What's particularly galling is how these unelected judges think they can micromanage national security operations from their ivory tower courtrooms. Judge Boasberg essentially wanted to turn the deportation of dangerous gang members into a political circus, hauling patriotic Americans like Secretary Rubio before his kangaroo court.
"This represents a clear pattern of judicial activism designed to hamstring President Trump's America First agenda," one legal expert told Next News Network.
The Trump administration has been crystal clear: criminal gang members who entered our country illegally have no right to stay here, period. The Alien Enemies Act gives the President broad authority to remove threats to national security, and no activist Obama judge should be able to second-guess those decisions.
This victory sends a powerful message that the rule of law still matters, and partisan judges can't simply weaponize their courtrooms against a duly elected President doing his constitutional duty to protect American citizens.
How many more Obama judges will try to obstruct Trump's deportation operations before they finally get the message?
